I would give them ZERO stars if possible!
I purchased two front wheel hub assemblies and a radiator for my 2016 Challenger online. I received the wrong radiator and two bearings from two completely different manufacturers. Which one was really tight (SK) and one was very loose (fag). They were going to be installed on the front of my car and I didn't want to have the car pulling one way or the other so I picked up a 3rd at my local store. They didn't know what mfg they would receive(which was WAAAY over priced $320 vs $160 on eBay). After about a week when they finally received the bearing(SK) local, it had a bad flat spot in the bearing so I just threw my arms up and decided to return everything and go OEM through Mopar dealer...
I made my purchase August 23rd, then had to jump through hoops and several calls to get shipping labels and find a place to drop these off to get them returned. They were delivered back on the 11th of September. I just recently on the 25th of September received a partial return. They only returned one wheel bearing and the radiator and now I'm fighting them for another $300 that they owe me... This is the first time I've ever purchased online with NAPA and it's been a complete sheet show. The customer service is in India and you can't understand a word these people are saying... and seems like they don't care. I just want my money back and I'll NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN ORDER NAPA ONLINE AGAIN! Ever... Possibly avoiding the local businesses as well...
I've been struggling check to check for a month and was 2 weeks late for my daughter's birthday... absolutely disgusted with this and if it doesn't get corrected soon I'll be going to the better business bureau and petition PayPal for my money back...
