I ordered from them. They strung me along with lots of emails. Said they would refund my money. They have me store credit. So I ordered from them again with skepticism. Of course my order costs more than the first order. I received an email stating they received my order and payment. Now it's 11 days with no confirmation on shipment or tracking, just ziltch. My advice don't order from them

I've purchased their product before via Amazon but decided to go look at their website, let's just say I've kicked myself a few times now wishing I had gone sooner. I placed an order and from that date to delivery was right around 15 days, not bad coming from China, especially during these times. I got a TON of beads for such an amazing price. I love that the more you buy the greater the discount. Comple4thrilled and already planning my next order!

This was my first purchase, I read reviews and decided to take the chance. Am I ever glad that I did. I was shocked how quickly the package arrived, from Hong Kong to Canada in 3 days then 2 days to clear customs and duty. All 90 items I ordered met and exceded my expectations, the colours beautiful, the variety amazing, the quality perfect! Most items are multiples so when I calculated my cost, added the shipping (almost the cost of my beads) and duty (about the same as shipping) some items are quite large, each item calculated to be $. 19 CDN per item you could never, ever do that well anywhere else.

The products are of good quality. Delivery was fast. I received my order within the promised time. Everything was carefully packed. I am very happy with everything.
I will buy from here many times. Many times there is a discounted price which I really like.
