The dude from NetShop ISP live support area was absolutely fantastic i cant praise him enuogh. I asked question after question for almost an hour and he answered all of them and in plain english as i am very new to website, domains and hosting etc…. For anybody who is contemplating using these guys all i can say is if the rest of them are anything like Michael dont hesitate, join up right away because i am convinced.

The IT person was fast to answer my questions and really nice. He stayed with me until I got everything done correctly. He should get a promotion just saying, and being honest.
