After a year of not using the battery I bought, it seemed to be dead, comprehensively, and so I complained, was offered a generous discount and ordered a new one. The fault was not the battery's as it turned out, the new one arrived fully charged and kept my tablet PC going for hours as the first had done, proving that it was the device's fault for no longer being able to recharge its batteries. One day my laptop's battery stopped working. And this offered the cheapest price so I immediately ordered.
And in the end, I couldn't get the battery because of the shipping issue. I wasn't sure if I could get refunded since this website is not so big nor well known either. But when I wrote email to the website, the very nice and kind stuff provided me a quick and great support. When I asked them to refund, they were so quick to do so.
So even though I couldn't get the battery, I didn't have any negative experience in overall. I'm fully satisfied with their price and customer service.

Nachdem ich ungeduldig auf die bestellten Akku gewartet habe schrieb ich eine Mail an den Support wo denn die Ware bleibt. Und obwohl Wochenende war habe ich schon kurz darauf Antwort erhalten. Der darin genannte Lieferzeitpunkt war richtig und insgesamt war die Lieferung schneller als angesagt.
