Got a no hassle order cancelation/refund when my shipping option was not available because the package was too big and I didn't want to pay for the much more expensive shipping option very happy with how customer service handled the situation!
I have had two figures cancelled on me now. I had other opportunities to buy them from other sites, but because I believed they could manage their stock (since it's literally the service they offer) I waited patiently for three weeks each time just to have my orders cancelled. They seem to ship pre-orders just fine, but outside of that this company is garbage. I have one order left for them to ship and then I will no longer be doing business with this company.
I placed 2 pre-orders over the past 10-12 months. One was delivered on time (3-day shipping to USA). The most recent one was delayed due to the manufacturer (every other website showed a delay). My email to them was prompt (took 2 business days but I emailed on Friday) and polite. Overall I have good shopping experience.
I've been using Nin-Nin Game from quite some time now and since the beginning I was satisfied. This time I had a problem with my order as one of my item was not new and a part were cracked. Nin-Nin was really fast to answer me and propose two solutions. After discussing it with them we found the best solution about this inquiry. They were really helpful and it's not the first time it was the case. They answer pretty fast too and it's always a pleasure to contact them.
I bought a Figure with the value of 300€ and waited ONE YEAR. They never sent it. This is a fraud company. They took my money. Pushed the release date from march to april to may etc. until now. Today I saw they dont got the figure in Stock. Anytime I ask if it will arrive at all the "support" tell me to wait. I asked if I can get my money back. They said "no we cant" no reason, no solution. I will take a lawer. DONT EVER buy anything from them. And if you already did, well at least you are not alone. I feel your dissapointment and anger on them. I will strike back with the possibilities I have.

My package arrived with a deep cut on the packaging. This was due to the shipping company's negligence in handling my package.
I asked for nin-nin games assistance/help to claim my compensation and they assisted me without hesitation. That's what you really call a very good customer service.
I am one very happy nin-nin games customer and I will purchase from them again in the future.
I purchased an item from them because they said that it was in stock.
Then I get a message stating that due to Golden Week and the amount of orders for the item shipping will be delayed.
I question them about the holiday not starting until October.
I then get an email stating that the price for shipping has increased and that they will cover the the part of shipping I already paid for, but will have to pay the difference for the increase.
Wait, they're going to cover the amount of shipping I already paid for?
W T F?

P.S. They also DO NOT REFUND! So beware!
I was interested in a Nendoroid that Nin Nin Games had, but after reading some older reviews I was a bit hesitant. However, I decided to try anyways and received my order within a week. My Nendoroid arrived undamaged and looks great with my collection >_
All in all, I will considering them again for future releases!
I had purchased Digimon products from there website, as a product, it comes up a bonus (a poster with the singture, which is called limited edition) item which is why Im going to purchase it, but when the parcel had arrived, they dont have the bonus item inside, which is really disappointed, and it does show the display and said that its a limited edition and included the bonus item.
And they will ask you to pay extra postage once you have paid the everything. Which is BS.
Please consider to buy and beware.
They dont have the items instire and they charge you at the high exchange rate, once the rate drops they refund you and its like the item was broken on arrival refund, they do not update you whatsoever nor accept criticism but theyre most certainly ready to reply instantly once youve been refunded, please be careful these are scammers.
Answer: Definitely not a scam site haha sorry for laughing but some people really need to be more patient and do some research. It was negative reviews like above that made me so nervous after ordering for no reason. They are very behind right now but I've gotten everything I've ordered. I have stuff coming now that was ordered in March. I have had open communication by reaching out to their Facebook. It's a different country. In another time zone. Be more understanding. If you need results yesterday, don't order. You'll just clog everyone else who can wait more.
Answer: Great prices and stock. Cut out the middle-man for premium figures as I am in Canada and going through 3rd Parties like BBTS etc end up being more expensive.
