I ordered what I thought was a box of Fisherman's Friend Black Currant lozenges. They shipped me one package worth about 3 dollars. I was charged almost $60 with shipping. Their customer service refused to do anything about. It was criminal and the company is a consumer predator. Rip off artists.
The acceptance of my money was lighting fast, and so was the confirmation that it has been dispatched to my delivery address. That is where the speed stopped, and all further communication. They even had a parcel track service showing that it reached South Africa, and the local distribution Centre has been shipped. That was 22 June, now we are at the 5th of August with no indication why DHL will take two months without communication. So they are also putting DHL's integrity as service provider at risk. Email comms to Nine life return to sender stating it does not exist.
I purchased Frisk extra strong mints from Nine Life Canada. When the package finally arrived, it contained one small package. The price? $60.00 plus taxes and shipping. Because the pictures in the ad included a shot with 12 packs, and because of the price, I assumed l would receive 12 packs of mints. No. One small container for $60.00 plus! I left emails and phone messages at their 24/7 "support line" and did not hear back. Note: Items cannot be returned without first contacting NineLife. How can you do that when they do not respond? Beware this company!
I ordered an item on their UK website. After 4 days of no dispatch notification I contacted them. They told me they don't have it available, don't k ow when it'll be dispatched and its being shipped from the US - none of this was said to me when placing my order. After 6 days I asked them to cancel my order and refund the full amount, which they said they could do. They then ignored this and created a DHL shipping label. The item still has not been shipped 10 days later, as they do not have it in stock yet they refuse to refund my money.
This is against UK consumer legislation and I have contacted the relevant organisations, DHL and my credit card company to raise my concerns and obtain my full refund.
I would urge other people not to buy from this company as they are dishonest.
They have since stopped responding to correspondence and all calls to their UK office number are being disconnected.
I have had a terrible experience with this website. I ordered a frozen food product which they shipped as normal mail from the united states to switzerland, meaning it was no longer fit for consumption. It has been 10 days and customer service has not gotten back to me yet about any kind of refund, I had to throw everything away and it had made a huge mess in the box as everything had defrosted and leaked, not a serious company!
I ordered an elbow brace as I had an operation and according to their website it would be delivered within 4 days. I am still waiting. DhL now confirmed that I can expect the parcel within another 18 work days. I informed customer service that I am cancelling the order as I am back at work and won't be needing it, and was informed that they cannot cancel while the arcel is en route but will give me a voucher of 25% of the purchase price for future purchases. Unacceptable. They marketed themselves as a South African company. Stay clear
We have been waiting for more than 3 months for urgent medical equipment for my daughter. The company is simply telling me to follow up the tracking details myself. They wont ŕefund and dont care to follow up on delivery either. Complete scam! Dont buy from them.
I ordered a shoe that's used to take the weight off of the front of your foot when your foot is fractured. After a month of waiting and hobbling around, it still wasn't here. At the 3rd email I sent, they said that my initial package had been delayed and they'd send me one express which would be there in 10 days. 5 days after that email they let me know that they didn't have stock so I would have to wait until they got stock.
If you need something to use to actually walk and take the pressure off of your broken foot, don't expect these people to get a mobility device within a week, a month, more than a month, 10 days after that even.
They don't know where their packages are or even if they've got stock of the products they promise you.
Stay away.
A very disappointed customer. I ordered Lactojoy tablets for my intolerance a month ago and have still not received them. Despite numerous telephone calls and emails I have had no response except to say The Delivery is incomplete. I paid R1437 for theses tablets as they are most effective but now have to go and look for another tablet and buy it again This is unfair and this company needs to be looked into. Please do not use them and get caught as I did.
The goods I ordered did not arrive at all. After placing the order, I received emails on several occasions. On one occasion, the company tried three times to charge US$312,000 to my credit card and even tried to charge €600. I had to report this incident to the police and notify the bank to cancel my credit card and issue a replacement. This company is run by CRIMINALS.
I ordered a pack of 3 bottles of gallbladder pills only received 1 bottle, no response to my emails and a strange low tech phone voice that hung up with no option to leave a message. So I paid 3 x more for what I got from any other supplier.
This was the first and last time I will order form them.
These guys operate a brushing scam - they charged me $165 for some vitamins and sent me a very cheap knock off of a Cartier ring. Don't buy from them - they are not legit and will steal your money.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Company i have ever bought any form of product. I bought 12 packs of cerial and half of them were opened when I recieved the package. I must mention it took a whole month to get the package! I usually wouldn't write this on the internet but the delivery was completley **** & extra ****!
This company is not suppose to be cheap and low cost, I paid a lot of money for an medical supply, the website indicated it is an South African site, hence I proceeded with the order, a month later and no parcel, no support and no response to any queries! The tracking order is some foreign tracking number, and DHL and the post office can not track any parcels with the number given. This is a fraudulent site that takes your money and dont bother to come back - I will not recommend anyone to buy from this company. I want my money back, and logged a fraudulent activity support ticket with my bank!
Delayed delivery by over a month, item doesn't work, ninelife not willing to rectify it. Very sad and expensive lesson to me for trusting these sharks
Just received an email in the UK with regards to my order and tracking information from Ninelife. Knew instantly that it was a scam. Checked out their website and can't beleive the cost of the health supplements they are trying to sell. Done some cost comparisons and for example Dr Bergs Electrolyte Powder 319g is £29.99 over here in the UK from a reputable site and it on NineLives for $1,365.60. REALLY! Also Google states that NineLife are based in Lewes, Delaware and when you click on the website it takes you to the Mexico site where it all costs over $1k. Report this website and get it taken down. Definitely mischief afoot.
Scam company! Don't order anything you will regret! They rob people! I ordered stuff for; over 100 bucks, i wait for order over a month!

I placed an order, was told it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. I already paid premium and was under the impression that it would ship directly from the local warehouse. They basically charge a premium and takes a very long time to ship (from a month to longer). I would probably shop elsewhere
Answer: As my experience its scam & fraud company bec not rec order & aslo rec any call from customer care service always made ticket but not responding marketing looks like big company but big fraud if not deliver my order asap
