This was the third time I called about orders in the last month all on the same shipper who lost one order has lied about the second order and NOW NR is using them again to send to me a third order...
Supervisor shmoozed me just uh huh uh huh and I'm so sorry well I'm not sorry I'm angry and letting people know Norstrom Rack is horrible when it comes to customer service.
