I tried many forwarders before NYbox, but no one else will combine packages and make them smaller for standard members. This brings my cargo price down to half!

The rates page is easy to read, they have cargo calculator, and they don't have any extra hidden taxes and stuff. They only charge what you see on that page. They have the best cargo rates for my country United Arab Emirates.

They are fast. If I get a package in the morning, I can send it with cargo in the evening. Most of the time, my packages are in and out of their warehouse in 24 hours.

They have Delaware address with no sales tax. If you use this address, it takes some extra days to receive the package, but you do not pay for sales tax with this address. You can use the New York address for fast cargo but sometimes you pay ~9% tax.

Now they also have carrier selection so you can choose what cargo company you want to use. If you choose USPS, you will receive with government post office.

Finally, they help very much with customs. My country has very strict customs, they do not let anything in if the declaration is not correct. NYbox are experts in customs declaration, they write good descriptions and there is less chance of cargo getting stuck in customs.

I have truly found an amazing shipping company! They can make shipping stress free! They always have a solution for any task no matter how small or large it is. I have used this company for about 5 years and I have always been more than satisfied with them. I have used it to ship many of my needs to Ukraine and this company has always delivered! In addition, Any issues we have encountered have always been resolved professionally and quicker than I can say "abracadabra"! I recommend NYbox to anyone in need of shipping items to anywhere in the world for a fair price!

Been using for over 6 months. Shipped a few hazmats with no problems. Transaction was smooth. It took a little time but it went seamless

They do not list all the hazmat items on their website.
Bad attitude by 3 customer service staff,
1 reasonable person finally got my issue resolved after a week of waiting for their email response.
They told me they didn't reply my email because they didn't know how to respond - that's their job?!
Plus they should have at least send an email saying sorry to keep you waiting we are taking care of your issue. Whatever but not silence for a week?!
They asked for understanding, but it's not the customers job to be understanding when the service is bad.
Will not use this company anymore, as I still sense there are some serious department & staff issues there. I don't know if the customer service people (except for 1) all get paid bad to have such shirty attitude.
I'm only giving this 3 starts because my issue got resolved in the end, otherwise this would get 1 star.

Tired of searching around for a US address? I found NYBOX two years ago and have never looked for another similar company. Just give them a try you won't go wrong. With the new shipping rates I'll be ordering more.

Living in Italy I only use nybox.com and am more than pleased with all aspects of their first class services. I tell all of my friends and associates about them. They are molto bene!

I'm Swedish and do a lot of online shopping from US for the variety as much as the price. There are so many companies that don't offer international shipping. NYBox has rescued me. I get an email when I have package and can log into the website for more details. I can choose how and when I want things shipped and I don't have to wait long for my package to arrive. I have already recommended them to several of my friends. It's really a great service.

I have used this services from two countries, Albania as well as Macedonia and each and ever time NYBox delivers. No issues on time service. Highly recommend.
