I have five listing on offer nothing they wanted me to pay so my stuff would sell faster after I refused I can't found one of my listing so yeah they're a bunch of slime balls

OfferUp failed to protect my merchandise with their postage label. It was damaged during the shipping.

I have been selling stuff on "Let Go" for years. Once "Offer Up" purchased "Let Go," it has been a disaster. Terrible customer service. I sold an item and it was damaged while shipping. Offer up did NOTHING to protect my sale. No insurance on the package therefore, I do not get paid for the item and I also now have a damaged package that cannot be resold. I recommend working with Facebook marketplace or Posh. These are safe and more reliable for both seller and buyer.

I also sold another item and have not been paid. The package is showing delivered but OfferUp hasn't paid me for my sale. I have contacted them and gotten no response.

I noticed very old ads and reported it. Got my account disabled. Don't use this site. Unable to reactivate my account.

IF THEY DON'T MAKE MORE MONEY THAN YOU THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT.
THEY OFFER NOTHING BUT A SELLING PLATFORM, NO SECURITY NO AUTHENTICITY AND MOST LIKELY YOU WILL END UP LOOSING YOUR BELONGINGS OR WORSE GETTING HURT.IT IS ALSO THE PREFERATE SCAMMERS PLATFORM, SELLER BE AWARE.

Recently joined this community (3/28/22) to post an item for sale. Jetski to be specific. Added four (4) photos. Friday (4/1/22), I was unable to login (to view activity) with an error stating my account has been de-activated. Technical Support replied with the following statement: "Trust & Safety (OfferUp Support)

A site that sales cars and other merchandise it's cool you should try I liked it and I still use it anything you're looking for they had it

A few years ago, OfferUp had a reputation being the best place to find used stuff. However, the people who run this site have let it fall apart. Example: Just now, I looked for a picnic table in my area. Somebody had posted a table for sale, and their post says 'must go today', but the post was five years old! Not only that: this person had duplicated the same posting ten times with different pictures. In other words, ten duplicates of an item that is five years old. Nobody at OfferUp bothers to maintain this site.

Offer up NEVER FRIGGIN WORKS, TILL you complain. Your stuff is held Hostage. This USE TOO be a great site. The Last year... it SUCKS.

This is bad app it disabled my account for no reason I did nothing on the app but browse what was sold went to post something to sell and found my account disabled after week only installed on my phone

Off work has worst customer $#*!ing service I ever had in my life there is no customer service their website doesn't work if somebody is trying to scam you and you report them OfferUp shuts down your account not the person that is scamming you trying to rip you off physically hurt your life they shut down the person who reports the problem OfferUp allows scammers to postcards for sale that are probably stolen and scamming the public how can somebody sell one car in all 50 states offer up your customer service sucks the CEO of OfferUp should be terminated the website should be shut down and everything else offer up is the worst customer service in the world through history how can you say you have customer service when there's nothing to contact you with you suck somebody needs a $#*!ing teach you a lesson somehow and shut you down offer up

I bought to items at the same time that both flopped. I guess they changed there mined and offerup sent me a message that they were refunding me my money I've yet to see it

Someone registered my email address falsely. Never had an account. Never verified the email address Scammer started selling (fake) cars in my name. Can't believe this joke site allows people to sell stuff without verification. Disgusting clowns. Real rating= 1000 stars.

I had packaged 2 Chandeliers professional shipped intack and in working order. I was told it got opened and destroyed at carrier in shipping from the buyer.
