Office Wonderland

I had the most pleasant experience with Mike on the phone today purchasing a projector for a non-profit organization. They're original request was no longer available, so he recommended a comparable item that was an upgrade and gave me the lower price, after getting approval of course. He had to call me back and did so in the time frame he stated he would. He was also very knowledgeable giving us options on a projector screen to go with our purchase, and no, he didn't pick the highest priced one. I felt very comfortable with his recommendation and didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Mike's professionalism over the phone has been a welcome change. He was very patient, gave me all the information I needed to make a quick decision, and worked out the shipping arrangements admirably. I would highly recommend doing business with this company. I know I would definitely do so myself should the need ever arise again. I'm definitely sharing their name with others.

They sold me something that was out of stock. I needed it quickly. No one ever let me know it was out of stock. I spent hours trying to track it down. It was way too late for what I actually needed it for in the first place. When you call them on the phone it puts you on hold and then eventually, like after 5 minutes or so, another recording comes on that says to call back. Really terrible service. Still don't know if I'll ever get my items and they now want some new payment authorization (since it's been over 30 days since I ordered) and that also seems pretty sketchy to me.

Took me a full day to get ahold of someone as I was waiting for a tracking order request since it was already 2 months overdue. The manager, Richard, then told me it was sent to their warehouse and they would ship it out. I was expecting tracking information today but instead they cancelled my order through an email. I have waited a total of 3 months and got ghosted and ended up without my product.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THROUGH THEM AGAIN.

I had a wonderful experience with Office Wonderland. They are always willing to help and answer any questions you may have about a product so that you can make an informed decision. I feel comfortable purchasing from them because I know my product will arrive in perfect, undamaged working condition (This is important to me when ordering items such as projectors and 70" 4K displays). This is a 6-week S... Show tried to purchase a projector ( a very specific projector) that cannon no longer makes after searching the web I came across office Wonderland they told me they had on in stock i said ok wright me a quote and ill purchase it week later the quote came in I called and they told me they no longer had that projector available but they could get me a refurbished one with a warranty and an extra bulb (great deal!) I said OKAY well this projector took 2 weeks to come to their office which they did not inform me when that occurred until I called now, they went through the projector it took another week still no calls this whole time they have my money! I called they now inform me that the projector is no good beyond repairs but they can get me a brand new camera for 7500.00 (bait and switch) I informed them that I would like my money returned Richard informs me he could go to the man behind the curtain to see if I can get this projector for my 5500.00 he will call me back 48 hours later i call to find out what was up and ask for my money to be refunded he then lets me know that i would be receiving the new projector for the same price i said ok he placed the order and said he would get me a tracking number from cannon that was 6 days ago no emails no phone calls but when it came to the money they called right away BE VERY AWARE OF THIS COMPANY ALL KINDS OF RED FLAGS! I will wait until Monday 7-10-2023 and again i will make contact with Richard if i get no tracking number i will request my funds to be returned and a letter will be going to the Attorney General of Florida on their business practices!
