My overall experience with Office Wonderland as a great experience. I like the fact that a sales representative took the time out to inform me that there is a later model available of the the item I was looking for. That was great news to me. Thank you Office Wonderland.

I was blown away by the customer service and follow up by their agent, Mike Spencer! Wow! He really went the extra mile to complete my order and find a solution to a problem that I didn't even know existed! He was able to find a better projector than the one that I had ordered when the supplier discontinued it and didn't inform OfficeWonderland of the change. He honored the price and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. He could have passed the buck, but he didn't. Way to go, Mike! I will be back shopping with OfficeWonderland because of Mike and his awesome service! Thanks!

Would have liked a little more info on the item - bulb included? - remote included? I'm assuming yes.
Since we were in a hurry to install the item as a replacement for a broken projector, I called to make sure that order had been received. Lucky I did bc item I ordered had been DCd, so I was able to order a replacement model. Office Wonderland shipped order that day. It was rec'd quickly & we were able to install & use item the middle of the next wk.
