Fraudulent site

Sent me a product that only had a remote shape as the picture of the product sold but was not the materials, colors, or quality of the item. It was horrible. Huge waste. Customer service offered to refund $3 for my $63 purchase. The items were advertised as chrome and unlacquered brass but they were both just an awful painted color.
