It was easy purchasing the product and the quality is good but it is a bit tight and I don't know how to returning to get a bigger size. Other wise it was a good experience
I ordered my shoes from the ad on Facebook. I compared the Omega Walk information and shoe description to other Facebook ads of similar style shoes and decided to order the Omega Walk shoes based on the information provided. Upon delivery of my shoes, I am completely satisfied and found the description given in the ad was true and accurate.
I purchased 2 pairs of shoes and received one free. PLEASE be aware of this company. January 2025. The shoes does not have no sizes in the flap. But one pair had size but not the size I ordered. On the site it has sizes in USA. I ordered size 12 which is a 44 in Europe. The flap of the one pair says 44 and USA size 9. I. My foot cannot fit in the shoe at all and I took it to a Nike ship and they confirmed a size 9. I have been trying to get my money back for about a week and a return slip. I sent them pictures of the shoes and the flap that has the 44 and USA 9 on the flap. The company told me to look at just the 44. This is true and going on right now. 01/17/2025. To get a sale I have the proof that they will put the wrong information on the shoe to get a sale and keep your money. My friend is a size 9 and fit these shoes. Be AWARE of this company. It is happening right now.
DO NOT ORDER FROM OMEGA WALK! ITS A SCAM! I ordered shoes from Omega Walk. They were not as advertised, and were horrible quality with no cushion or support. I have brought up my disappointment to the company, and they claim to strive to please every customer satisfied, yet they replied to my email with we understand that you can't make everybody happy. They are trying their best to come up with excuses to not refund me, and simply don't seem to care about their customer. Omega Walk it a scam. Don't bother
Purchased a pair of walking shoes some time back and absolutely enjoyed them and still do. Because they are so comfy and cool looking, I came back today to order 2 more pairs.
I appreciate the detail descriptions of each shoe, as I am looking for shoes that fit my foot issues.

Customer service did respond when I asked when the order would be delivered, but delivery was slow. I expected to have delivery within a week or so of ordering.
I love my new boots, they fit perfectly and are so warm. My only wish was that the strap was a bit more elastic as I can't properly secure my left shoe, if the band had more stretch then they would be absolutely perfect!
