Deliberate manoeuvres by this company to avoid sending goods paid

This company goes under many names, it should be investigated as a scam. I purchased goods, (foolishly), they were quick to take my money, $499.49 worth. No invoice, no purchase details, nothing came. Made inquiry with bank, this prompted a very short response which again had no details, other than they do not accept the goods have not been delivered until after 31 days. They trade under these names; OneStopPlus, womanwithin, ROAMAN'S, Catherines, Jessica London, ellos, ACTIVE for all, INTIMATES for all, SHOES for all, SWIMSUITS for all, Bryland Home, KINGSIZE, fullbeautyOUTLET 12 Brands 1 Easy Checkout FULLBEAUTY Brands

None, goods have not been received. All attempts to contact company have failed, used the chat service - that failed, contacted my bank - currently that has failed although back onto local branch today. NEXT STEP Australian Consumer Affairs, and whatever other organisation I can find.
