I ordered a jersey from onestoptown.com on December 8th 2010. I was sent a confirmation and waited. It is now January 25th, still no jersey. I have requested a refund every two to three days since, by email, by phone, by their online service chat. I get the run around every time. "send in 10 days" "We will send refund soon", Jersey be there in two days" "Refund no problem" Still I wait!
