In April I was trying to find a website to help me book my round trip air fare from Dallas to Phoenix. I was not having much luck until I saw One Travel. It was very easy to navigate the site. I found the flights I wanted and the price was excellent. I believe One Travel has more airline choices than I have seen elsewhere. The whole experience was very positive.

Want to know how to lose 3000 dollars? Book a flight with onetravel and forget to check that they have your name right. My name is Edward Nichols, not Nichols Edward, but that is how they put it on my reservation. Nichols Edward, really? No one there speaks English? Since I did not change it within 24 hours, (I thought it was just reversed as many sight do), and the government will not let you change the name on a plane ticket nor can you use the ticket without your real name on it. These venal trout took me for the whole price of the ticket. They wouldn't give me any option but to cancel, eat the price of the ticket, and invite me to book with them again. I wonder how many people actually do that? I booked straight through another airline, American, on their website, for the same price. Thanks onetravel.com. I will forward this review to the travel website that referred me to you. Have a nice life.

Terrible service. I had a schedule flight change (via email) which I agreed to. One travel (two weeks later) has not changed the flight and after 6 calls to customer service, the flight STILL has not been changed. What a terrible company - do not book with this company EVER! You will regret it

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

We booked our flight with One Travel and it was completely hassle free. Great value for the flight we booked. On another note shortly after our trip we booked a flight for other family members and made a mistake in the return date. We were able to correct the mistake without a penalty which goes a long with with us!
Keep up the good work One Travel.

I booked a trip from Quito to the Galapagos Islands with OneTravel.com. Soon after, I read the reviews and got really nervous, because of so many negative comments. I made sure to confirm with the airline directly about our flight several times. I had no problem with my flight.

Someone in our party tried to choose their seat on the plane, not knowing it cost money to do so, and we were charged $72 because he picked which seat he wanted. Fortunately, the specific airline, Aerogal, we were flying on does not allow passengers to choose their seats. Without me even having to say anything, OneTravel refunded our $72, since the specific seats couldn't be reserved.

In Ecuador, people 65 years or older get half-off airline tickets. Most travel agencies and on-line booking sites did not ask our age, and therefor did not apply the senior discount. Onetravel did ask for our ages, and my Dad got his plane ticket half price, saving him around $200.

I have used onetravel.com for airline tickets to South America and have found them to be the best prices after weeks of searching. It was easy to make a reservation and and after making note of all the information I found it easy to confirm my flight with the airline I was flying. I know before purchasing that I am buying tickets that have many limitations. I would recommend them to any savvy traveler who wants to invest a little time to save money.

I ordered my travel on line for Jan 3rd. Once i confirmed my purchase it showed reservations for Jan 5th. I paid for the cancellation insurance. I called them immediately and my cancellation was denied. They said that was only for medical reasons. Where the hell did it say that? I should have walked away right then and went to a reputable company but dumb me gave them twice as much money for a flight on the 3rd. It took them over a week to send me the itinerary. The new itinerary gave me only 35 minutes to depart one plane in terminal B and get to terminal D in the Atalanta air port no less. After numerous emails and phone calls with people outside of the US with very heavy accents nothing was resolved. They could care less about anything but collecting your money.

While I was checking out I got a message saying the price went up $100. After that all the ticket prices were a lot higher. I cleared my browser cache and the site reverted back to the cheaper price. That is unacceptable and shady.

OneTravel attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Horrible all around

Their agent booked me on a flight that was sold out. I know because when I checked the flight on my own it was sold out. Their agent told me he could get me on the flight. When I arrived, they would not let me on the flight - I missed the connecting flight. I should have gotten home at 4:00 pm instead I got home at 1:30 am and spent the whole day in airports. Their customer service transferred me 3 times and I hung up after they were going to transfer me again. Very hard to understand agents.

I had to call OneTravel three times because my flight was changed by the airline company. The people I spoke with on the phone were helpful. I tried to do the online chat to resolve my booking. That was a nightmare. The chat took over 45 minutes because there were several times I was waiting on the person to respond to my question. I kept asking "are you still there?". It was bizarre. I thought when you were 'chatting' with customer service they should provide an immediate response. I finally called the company to get the problem resolved while still chatting with customer service.

For the past 4 days now, I have been calling this company called Onetravel and all they do is to play song for me with no one talking to me, holding me for more than 4 hours of waiting everyday, this is really sad and bad, all you know to do is to get people's money and nothing more.

I booked our spring break trip to Maui with onetravel.com I couldn't be more pleased. I am a person who really likes to do their research online before purchasing. I shopped many of the other online travel sites & the prices were the best of them all. I even got $20 off instantly on an already discounted price. The flight was exactly the same carrier & time sold on the airline's site at a lower price. Customer service was excellent & I even got a call to thank me for my purchase & to ensure I had a good flight. That is so rare to speak with a live caring human being & this pleased me because I am a consultant to businesses on how to improve their customer relations. But, obviously they won't need my help! My one regret is that I hadn't heard of them sooner. I will book with them for all my future travel needs both personal & business. I have also already referred others to the site.

Chose a flight on a certain airline because it was among the options for my chosen destination. Found out after the purchase that this airline did not fly to the airport I had chosen, and had re-routed me to one an hour away. Called within minutes of the purchase to remedy it, but could not do so without a hefty fee. They offered to cancel the ticket and refund then do a new transaction, but the money wouldn't be refunded for 7-14 days. After telling them that was unacceptable, was told it was up to their financial institution and they couldn't do anything about it.
We decided to just keep the flight as is, and add the additional expense of a rental car (from another source, obviously) just to get me to my destination. Will never use OneTravel again.

Zero stars from me

This group of thieves plays the 'ol " bait and switch" scam you put in your travel dates, when they send a confirmation it isn't the dates that you requested. They want more money when you call them and they leave you on hold or cut you off without helping you. It is called ONE travel for a reason. You will only use them ONE time, get scammed and then you are done with them.

Bad deals and gimmick

Took my money charge me extra for seats offered me luggage protection I refused when my wife went to check in they charged her for her luggage. They put the information about the luggage on the disclaimer and hard to see. Do not do business with one travel.

This is worst service I ever seen. I have tried to change my ticket for 4 days they couldn't charge my card therefore I missed my flight and then I had to pay fee for no show however it was their fault. Nobody reply to a feedback and customer service email. Eventually, I have paid to time price. This service is unacceptable and I'll tell to everybody that one travel is sucks.

Worst experience I've ever had booking a plane ticket. The price was higher than going to the airline direct, they tried to charge me $11.95 to reserve a seat but they booked a flight code (cheap ticket) that doesn't allow you to reserve a seat. Customer service - I was on terminal hold for 40 minutes trying to clarify if I could check a bag with the fare code they sold me - they couldn't tell me. They say guarantee low price but would not guarantee the price and failed to tell you they purchased a deep discount ticket doesn't include food, seat selection or baggage.
