Stay away from this useless company. Deserves to be shut down. Booked a flight for two days time, a day later I still hadn't received my tickets and was told they couldn't process the transaction because it was a UK card and I had to send them an email from my work email' to verify. After hours on the phone costing me a silly amount in international calls, they told me I could pay with PayPal. After being on hold for another 20 minutes I was then told I couldn't pay with PayPal and that they cancelled my booking so I have to go on the website and rebook to use PayPal. By this time the price of the flight had gone up by $100 dollars. Didn't rebook, stick to skyscanner or directly through airline security. Would never use this website again even if they were half the price, not worth the hassle.
I would not give one star to On Travel, I don't recommend. I bought a ticket booking ******* from Salt Lake City to Austin in April and I had to cancel it because of the COVID 19. I called a lot of time and they are always busy also I didn't get the refund and they say I am illegible for that.
I could change the date if it's possible since I can't be refund but you can't never contact them and they never contact you. Please, don't buy tickets though this company!
This is a terrible company. The price they list does not include fees (which are ridiculous!) and if you call customer service they charge you even more fees! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! It's a terrible terrible rip off!
Took too long to book and, I encounter a few hiccups thru booking, when stated all over and in every negative response for this booking the price was higher and higher, next time I'll will consider a different website for my booking. FYI Sprint has a very rude and unprofessional stuff members working for this airline! As I said, FYI
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I have to receive a refund for my flight booking. I tried to get money through my Citi Credit card - their bank didn't allow! I am fighting for my money back at least 6 months. OneTravel=Cheap-O-Air customer service located in India and doing all and everything not to give money back to customers. BE AWARE!
I have booked using one travel twice and I got the best prices ever. I did extrensive and long research and I got the best offers with onetravel. The second time I booked I was helped to change one connecting flight and the agent was nice and patient and gave me the best offer for the most suitable flight that I wanted.

I advise to never use onetravel.com I used their site to book 6 tickets to Puerto Rico. While I was in the process of purchasing tickets, everything was fine and the site said that I was buying 6 tickets and they even asked for all 6 names and birthdays. However, once I had paid, they sent me a confirmation letter that said that I had only bought 1 ticket and it was a completely different time and price than the one I originally looked at! Thus, I immediatley called their company, but no one picked up. I called a second time, but still, i was on the line for 10 whole minutes. So I proceeded to email them about the mistake. However, I didnt get a reply until 2 days later with them saying that they refuse to refund me and that the entire thing was my mistake. I am still in the process of arguing this, but as of now I have lost $242. Again, I cannot warn enough to never use this company!
I booked through the system and when I tried to cancel my booking online I couldn't as the process is too slow and the time given for the code is 20 minutes. I contacted them several time but unfortunately No refund was given and cancellation did not happend which is unfair so my advice is stay away from them
Try different service and also give chance to other travel also so you can compare the provider i feel one of the best website very quick no bugs

Needed an affordable flight to Hong Kong and found it on OneTravel. While I can't vouch for the airline, Air Canada, I can vouch for the ease and efficiency of booking via OneTravel. No problems at all, and it's very possible I may book through them again.
I was in a hurry my wife had to reach guyana for her mother, s funeral and I was trying other sites and having a hard time then I tried one travel and 123 I got through it was great and it saved the day
My mother booked flight with my married name and I needed to change it to my maiden name. After over 6 hours of repeat phone calls where I would continuesly be transferred, they charged me $100 for name change, I had to send them a copy of my passport and marriage certificate, which I agreed to, they never sent me a new itinerary. Once again I called, they said I wouldn't be able to receive my itinerary until 7 days before travel. Eventually 4 days before my trip I herd back, they said I would need to pay a $100 fee plus $250 rebooking fee, they were unable to change my name. I ended up having to book a flight through a different airline. So much of my time and money wastes. Employees were rude and would laugh at me when I called, they were clearly numb from dealing with unhappy customers.
I purchase the traveler's insurance through this company which is 7 corners that they use I canceled my trip for July due to the Corona virus I had a doctor's note saying that they advise against any travel the Canadian border is also shut down for US citizens my trip was for last week now I am constantly fighting one travel.com and 7 corners to get the reimbursement I was denied twice by 7 corners saying that it is not part of their policy to refund due to Corona virus I've tried calling 1 travel.com 2 × 2 day and hour on hold each time just to be hung up on this is very unprofessional and the fact that I've sent them numerous emails and have gotten nothing in return I hope they see this in make it right if not I will be taking them to small claims I recommend don't use this company they dont care about they pandemic or customers well being
It's good so far the only disappointment is that I'm not able to choose my seats.

I have used this site for years and have recommended the to others, no idea if they embraced the site. I book domestic only and have NEVER had an issue but have never had to change or adjust a reservation. That said, if you are a solid booker, staying domestic, maybe you will Beas happy as I have bee with the site. BTW, I have used the site for car rental and hotels as well and haven't had one hiccup.
