I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
Tracked packages and it said delivered to customer but camera showed no attempted delivery at the time. Asked if customer service can reach out to driver to confirm and they said they can't do that. How are they even managing bad actors/drivers that lies about delivering then? Don't know why companies use this service
Would give negative 5 starts. Ontrac is consistently failing. They are very lazy and untrustworthy. If the package makes it to the delivery they throw it out of the window. Where it lands it land. My neighbor has found my package in his driveway. Yes. Right under his truck. Latest was not delivered but says it was. This also isn't the first time they claimed to deliver. Trust me I checked everything and with neighbors. They have a history of not even delivering and stating they delivered. Untrustworthy. I would provide a photo of my latest claimed delivery, but nothing was delivered!
Sellers will east the cost shipping with these companies. Packages never arrived the faked a signature and made up a name Cameras show everything they never came any part of the time of that day 1.52 tuesday no show. This is theft.
After going into 3 days of my shipment status being "Shipment Delayed" I called Ontrac to ask what's going on? I was told what I can see for myself. The shipment is delayed. Yeah no shiit! So I was then told if I am not far from Ontario (where it might be) to go to that shipment place to find it/pick it up! I replied to the representative person "Absolutely NOT" I don't care if I was a minute away from Ontario! I am no driving to pick up something I paid to have delivered and am now been waiting for several days past the delivery date! I then had to call Walmart and ask for a refund asap! I don't understand how Ontrac stays in business. They are known to have horrendous service! Why is this place still running?! By the way as I type this review my package is now going into day 6 of being DELAYED!
Off track says with out a doubt that my package was delivered to my address and was left on my porch. They sent me a picture of the porch that the package was left. Well you be the judge. I contacted Temu and said that they will block them from further deliveries to my house. More people should complain about there business practices.
I hate ontrac so much. Every time I see a company ship with them, I want to cancel my order. Would have been better off doing so because I have never had a good experience with them and end up having to reach out and go through the process of a lost package. I can't say one good thing they truly are the worst, they should not be a delivery service they are absolutely worthless garbage.

They are the WORST delivery service company, absolute worst. They have left packages propped against the garage door completely visible to the street, and also at the edge of the porch without even coming onto the porch or ringing the doorbell. No way of knowing the packages have been delivered and package theft is at an all time high everywhere. They do not care about Customer Service at all. I am 78 (almost 79) on a walker, no car, don't drive, so I have to use Online Shopping and I hate that Walmart uses this delivery service. They don't respond to emails and they do not answer their phone.

If you are expecting a package from them, you best be home and be aware of trucks stopping outside so that you can check to see if a package has been delivered. They leave them all over the place and NEVER ring the doorbell.

I did not use them to ship anything - - I receive packages from Walmart from doing OnLine Shopping due to Covid, my age, not driving, no car, and using a walker. Their delivery service sucks.
I placed the order thru Amazonand really wish I could have seen the reviews for the shipping company before I placed my order. It has been over a week for my tv to travel 100 miles, and they even had the balls to say my office was closed when I was standing in the lobby and got the text message.

Im recently buy some items from Ulta beauty and they use on track as a delivery company, my package never arrives. Ulta use ups or usps usually to send his packages, I never got a Missing package before, I have cameras around my house and I never see any on track vehicle arrives. This just make me thing all those rumors about workers still packages are true.
I KNOW the person delivering with this company either lost or took my package because even though it said it was delivered, it wasn't, and I can check my outdoor cameras to see if someone actually came that day or not. I get a notification every time someone approaches, including cars/vans driving by. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and checked with my neighbors to see if maybe they delivered to another house by mistake, which can happen sometimes. Nope. OnTrac claimed that they couldn't help me because too much time (18 days) had passed since they listed my item as being delivered. They basically absolved themselves of any wrongdoing. Apparently, they have done this kind of thing often based on what I read when I typed "OnTrac reviews" into a Google search. Companies want to use them because they are a cheaper option, but then customers get screwed over.
My package was signed as delivered but I never got it. I contacted their firm and they said they would send a driver to check it out. They did not call back ever. I tried to contact them multiple times over 4 weeks. They did not reply. Finally after forcing the seller to contact them, their "resolution" is that it had been too long so I had to resolve it with the seller? Their drivers are signing packages without ever delivering them how is Best Buy using this service?
I was waiting for 5 packages from SheIn and Ontrac lost all of them! I checked tracking and it said delivered and apparently left at the reception. But we don't even have a reception here! Called their customer service and they were supposed to investigate it. 2 days later I get an email from them that after their investigation they came to conclusion that the packages have been delivered. I mean seriously?
And they advised to contact the seller.
How tf is seller responsible for them stealing my packages?
Because of them I am afraid to order from SheIn again.

I placed my order at the beginning of July it in now July 21 2023 and I just received it they said it wouldn't take longer than 2 weeks but it's been 3. The guy that delivered my package threw it to my front door like a football. I had candles in my package and the pack came damaged. This is by far the worst delivery experience I've ever had. I have the video of it being delivered but it won't let me add it to the page.

Home Depot insists on using these clowns. 100% of all packages sent by OnTrac never arrive and can never be found. It is insane how bad they are. Our payroll service also used these clowns and lost our first two payrolls before we insisted that they use UPS. It is hard to imagine how their service could be worse.
They never pick up on time if you are lucky your package will be picked up in a week if ever.
No phone number to talk to a real person and their text messaging is even worse.
Do not use them it is a waste of time.

This company, not once but twice, delivers to the 55+ park where I live and instead of bringing to my home leaves the package on the sidewalk outside of the community building. They document the package as being left in the lobby of the community building. The trouble is that the building is locked at 5:00 pm.and they say package was left late evening. I will no longer order from any company who uses OnTrac for delivery. Never have trouble with UPS or Fed Ex finding my home...

If possible, my rating would be zero stars. I have had 5 orders from 5 different companies that shipped with OnTrac, and not once have I received my order. When you call them to track it, they submit a request to the Resolution Department, and then you never hear from them again.
Now when I do any online ordering, I call the company and request another shipper. If they won't use someone else, I will buy my products from another company that will. I cannot believe that OnTrac is actually still in business after reading similar reviews.
Eagle Creek sent out my shipment overnight and that was 8 days ago. It was only a 5 hour drive to the facility it shipped from and weather was not an issue. Still no reason from the shipping company. I sat in their hold for an hour to talk to a person to hear it would arrive the next business day. We are two days past that now. I would NEVER deal with another company that shipped with them. Awful service from OnTrac and it isn't on time.
I ordered on a different app and they were doing "joint shipments" to get me my package faster and it has been 6 days since it has been marked as
"delivered" and i still have not gotten it…when i asked about it they said it has been too long to be able to be investigated or to try and be recovered…
In my neighborhood it is well known that OnTrac is terrible. As of right now I am going through trying to get reimbursed for a package from Home Depot that they lost. The status is shown as "delivered", with the note "behind gate". To which I ask, "whose gate?". It sure wasn't mine.

My package was supposed to be delivered a day after I ordered it. I understand the holidays are here and there's a lot going on, so when I saw it was delayed even a week after its initial delivery date I tried to be understanding. Almost 3 weeks now and I can't even get in touch with anyone to ask about my package. Whenever I call it says closed then hangs up. Online chat always always always says "closed" and my package still isn't here. I'm really frustrated
After reading so many of the same kinds of problems, I almost feel like I am wasting my time pointing out how unprofessional this company's delivery driver is. THREE times in a row this person has stated they delivered to my front door. Three times I have had to walk down the stairs to where they tossed the box. No other delivery service does this.
Today the person literally THREW the box. I heard it bouncing and thought a truck must have drove by and lost part of its load. Instead, when I opened my front door and looked down the stairs there was my delivery. I have reported this each time and feel this time the driver just threw it as revenge. I obviously will never ship with this company and will be contacting the vendor who sent this shipment to suggest they do the same.
If you can pick any other company, please do so because Ontrac is Crap. Customer service is horrible if you can even get through. I spent 68 minutes on hold just to finally have a Customer Setvice Representative tell me "I don't know where your package is and I can't tell you what to do". The best thing this company can do is close their doors!
After ordering items from Victoria Secret, I received an email letting me know it was out for delivery. I signed-up for delivery notification with OnTrac so I received a text message when On Trac delivered the package. I went to the door - no package. I contacted OnTrac and they gave me an address I've never heard of, and when I googled the address, I discovered the address DOESN'T EXIST. I got back in touch with On Trac, gave them my correct address, and relayed this information and asked them to sent their driver back to wherever he left the package to pick it up, because he could not have left it at that address. Several hours later I received another message from On Trac that my package was back out for delivery. When I contacted them to clarify the address - they had it going to the WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN. I tried to get them to contact the driver but nobody would do anything and I got another text telling me the package had been delivered. I then received a message from OnTrac telling me the matter had been closed and to contact the seller for a refund.
I contacted VS and asked if I could request another delivery vendor. (The answer was no). My order was replaced...and in about 10 days THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. Turns out my address is really long and VS abbreviated the first word in my street address incorrectly, but the weirdos at OnTrac couldn't use any critical thinking skills to figure out my address. This happens all the time and nobody has every NOT delivered a package to us. I think the wife or girlfriend of those OnTrac drivers are wearing some cute little VS articles of clothing.
