I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
I can't believe that these people are still in business. I've had packages left in the dirt, watered by the sprinklers, on the street, in the middle of the driveway (I almost drove over it), anywhere except where they should be delivered, on my porch. The porch is another 6-7 steps from where they left it, but they are too lazy to walk them. The drivers are either irresponsible or criminal (how else can I qualify a box left in the middle of my driveway)? Obviously I am not the one who chose them, I am the recipient of a Walmart delivery this time. Complaints fall on deaf ears, they don't care.
I ordered a package from Adidas and it was to be delivered by OnTrac. They said it was delivered, but it never showed up at my door. We have a Ring camera to verify; not a single delivery was made. I reached out to OnTrac and they said to wait two days to see if it shows up. I call BS on that because if it says delivered, why would it come a different day? They opened an investigation, a term to be used lightly, and see what they could do. They could not find the package and were very vague with any information they give you. This is the worst company to deliver packages ever. When I spoke with Adidas they said they select couriers at random. OnTrac can f right off, they are BS!
Still waiting for a delivery from this so-called delivery service utilized by Levi Strauss. Looks as if from my tracking number that the package is just in the universe somewhere and there is really no live person to speak to and the offer of providing some kind of accurate status would take two days for a response. Horrible and no adherence to customer service. Do not use this service

If you believe in getting 403 errors while tracking, long wait times for your packages, not knowing where your package is for 2-3 weeks, customer service responding after late package deliveries and your package thrown like a frisbee. Ontrac is perfect for you.
I ordered 4 items from Vans.com and 3 days later, I got a notification on my phone saying it was delivered. I went outside right away and I couldnt find the package at all. I emailed them telling them my package was lost and I still yet to this day have not gotten a response after 4 days when they said it would least take 2 days. Terrible service.
Do not use them there's no way to contact a living human being even when you ask them for one. My package was supposed to be delivered today and because they couldn't get into the building instead of dropping it in between the doors. Now I have no idea when my package will arrive because they refuse to talk to me.

My fantastics order was being shipped through them. I live in a townhome community that's not gated whatsoever. Never had 1 problem getting a package. Amazon delivers same day here. They sent me a message saying that it was unable to deliver my package. I inquired about it and they told me that they ran into problems delivering because they needed a code to get in the gate. We do not have a gate and i told them that. They told me that they will relay the message to the carrier for another attempt. Failed again. After the failed i pleaded to go pick up the package because it was a Christmas gift. They said they don't allow that and they are sorry for my experience and to have a good day. No fixing anything. Never delivered the package. Fanatics has stated that they have had these issues with this carrier frequently now.
I usually do not write reviews unless I'm truly not satisfied but needed to for this company. I ordered clothing from Prettylittlething. Never received them. Do you know why? Because this God forsaken delivery company either stole my package or delivered it to the wrong house. Says it delivered to my front door at 9:31pm. I was sitting by my front door at that time and never heard a ring camera alert. I tried calling the company and they don't have a phone number set up. Only an email which says in 48 hours someone will contact me. I'm not going to buy from PLT again since they are using this company. I was smart and ordered items ahead of time for my event so I'm not stressing too bad but still now I have to alert my credit card company and PLT about this mess. Whoever stole my package just know God sees everything! If I could give -1000 stars I would!

I refuse to shop with companies using OnTrac. These independent contract drivers do not care, and have no consequences for their inability to deliver to the correct address, much less undamaged, or if they simply choose to keep the item for themselves. Some of these items are time sensitive, some are expensive. If as a seller you are working with or considering OnTrac, YOU will suffer the consequences, not OnTrac or their drivers.

I have been waiting on a package for a week. Every time I have a shipment sent through this company it takes days past the original delivery promised date. This package should have been delivered on Wednesday, Sept 21. It is now 6:05 on Monday, Sept 26 and I still do not have a package. We are now almost a week past due. No one seems to know where it is. I can see why this company has a 1.1 rating with almost 800 reviews. They have earned a zero, but I do not have that option.

I would give them a minus ten if possible. Fourteen days after they sent the email package on its way, it still hasn't been picked up. Customer service is a joke but its only been 13 days since we sent the email. Don't

Had 3 packages sitting in their Denver warehouse for days now with zero updates, then I showed up on Saturday and the other 2 are still apparently sitting in the warehouse... why not bring them all at the same time?
I've called the last 3 days and have been on hold for over an hour each time... this time I've asked them to hold the packages at the warehouse so i can pick them up... however, I have little to zero faith I'll be allowed to do this either. Really just plain horrible...
I cancelled my Home Chef meal account because of them using OnTrac. I haven't received my last 2 orders and of course if I do, the food will be spoiled! Following their tracking of the boxes, they keep saying "will deliver on the next business day". One box is 2 weeks late and the other is one week late! Very unreliable service!
They totally NEVER delivered my $86.15 purchase (eBay) but eBay is siding with seller so no refund and seller is trusting driver's insistence he/she delivered here... no proof and I can't even find out WHERE exactly driver claims to have placed package! Rural property BTW home is WAY off street totally not visible... no porch pirates around here that I have ever heard of. Before buying something ASK what delivery service... it they say "On Trac"? PASS on it! Was not worth saving a couple dollars on item because seller uses unprofessional delivery service! Apparently drivers use their own vehicles? Who knows their vetting of drivers even? SKETCHY outfit!

First time I've ever even heard of this service but I would like to thank upper Marlboro because they went above and beyond to correct shipping address mistake (my fault) my daughter will be receiving her homecoming dress on time. Thank you to everyone who made this possible I pray God blesses everyone who was involved in putting a smile on my baby face.
This company didn't bother calling me supposedly they had the " wrong" address and kept delaying my package. Didn't bother contacting me until I contacted them. I provided them a number yet nothing. Was delayed 4 days. Unbelievable.
Worse delivery company EVER! Best Buy needs to find a more reliable company. They don't tell us the consumer anything except the day it "supposedly" shipped, then on the day it supposed to be delivered, it says "Running late" should be there in one day. And after two weeks... still waiting

I would give less than one star service! Contacted them because they said my package was delivered! No! It was NOT delivered to my address! Told me they would have to take 2 days to look into it! They lie! It's only taken USPS 30 minutes to locate my missing packages! Will NEVER make this mistake again!
I ordered overnight delivery and 10 days later they still can't manage to deliver my package or pick up the phone all customer service calls just get hung up and my package is only like 30 minutes away but they can't manage to get me my package what's the point of overnight when USPS would've done a better job. I hope they go out of business soon. And I know there's a weather alert but not in Southern California so since it's been in commerce there's been no issue it's sunny and nice out here. Still no package no update I called they assured me I'd get it Friday but today's Monday now and same BS no update no package no movement. Don't ever use ontrac.
First package said they had incomplete information which was untrue. When they finally delivered the package, it had been opened. On the same day, they said they delivered a second package and provided a picture. If they looked at both pictures (first package and second) they'd see that they are two front doors! I tried reaching out to customer service and they keep saying it's delivered and, oh, by the way, the phone number they show to contact them doesn't work!
Time and time again I have ordered something from a company that uses ontrac delivery and I never get my package even close to when it should arrive. I can see through tracking that it will arrive at my local delivery station where the next step is it goes out for delivery. But instead it just sits at that facility for days. Beyond frustrating and a real lack of urgency on their part. I can see it happening one time but this latest delivery was the fifth time that happened. I will say though, when you call ontrac customer service, every time the rep was extremely helpful and friendly. Now if they could only channel that into the delivery side of business.
Currently have 4 packages that have been lost in transit. Supposedly 1 of the packages is in my state at an OnTrac facility but they do not have a driver to pick it up. What? How is this company in business still?
As usual, I'm waiting for a package thats late. When I placed my recent order and saw it said its being shipped by Lasership, I thought, oh s**t, its probably going to be late. I was right. Despite the business being 4 hour drive away, and an initial shipping time of 2 DAYS, they changed the ship time to the following day. Wonder why they changed their name from Lasership to OnTrac? Because they sucked just as bad as Lasership, had horrible reviews so the name changed. Too bad they didnt change anything else because they still suck. And again terrible rating. If as a business you have a 1 star rating you should just pack it up and close your doors!

I didnt have the choice of using this garbage shipping company. The business I ordered from did. Every time something is sent to me from them it ends up being late. Lasership or OnTrac, whatever you want to call yourselves, YOU SUUUUUCK!!!
They held my package with the explanation they need more information. I tried click on the link that was given. No option to give information or what they needed. I tried to contact them. They could not locate tracking number and the customer service agent disconnected as soon I told him my package was being held.
I ordered a pair of sneakers through Nike & honestly idk why Nike uses these type of people to ship their items. Nike is too big of a name brand to be using crappy shipping like this. This was totally bad on Nike for this they sure disappointed me on this one…
I was on the watch for my package being delivered & it never came! I looked all around my house trying to see where it was dropped off & sign of it. I look at my shipment details & apparently someone SCRIBBLED a signature for me & kept my item. I have great neighbors that I have great relationships with & they've seen no package being delivered. I am highly assuming it was the person who "delivered" my item and stole it.
This crappy shipping company should not not be in business whatsoever.
