I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
They do not care about the employees, they work you like a slave. Start at 5 break at 7 for 10 minutes lunch at 1050 for 30 minutes than work til 2. It is like slave shop except we not picking cotton. Sweat shop. They are vicious and cruel. They don't want to do they job but expect you to do yours. The worst company I ever worked for. They have a high turn over rate. Because they don't know how to treat they employees. Started off as fulltime. Then they didn't tell us they changed us to part-time. No communication. Not sure if dolce Vita switched to them due to the ups strike but they're horrible. I had to search the internet to find a way to contact them cause the website text number does nothing. Look up the 800 number and when you call it will tell you they got a new number starting with 804, then get to the live person/texting option on the call and they will confirm your number and text you. Only way to get somewhat of a response from a real person. My order was in NJ the last few days and supposed to be delivered yesterday but instead it was scanned in RENO, NV. HOW? Now today it says it's in NJ again. This can't be a legit company
I ordered a new gaming monitor from Walmart. Two days later, On-trac sent me a notification saying we delivered your package to your front door. I was home, still no package. Of course the website suggested i wait 48 hours? Who the hell would say that, especially after the driver marked it delivered? Anyway, Walmart said its On-Trac, on track can't seem to find my package or the driver to ask about it. Please change your name to;
Off-Track. That seems to fit your business model.

How can a delivery company who does not deliver product still be in business and get these large corporations to work with them. FRAUD, there must be kickbacks and us consumers are suffering
3 packages in 4 weeks from 3 different retailers not one was delivered from ontrac. 1 package has been changed delivery time 13 times and apparently sitting in Vancouver but I'm not allowed to pick up. Another package stated delivered but even with camera proof that was a lie I was told not to call or email them about that situation they would "talk to driver and get back to me, do not email more then once" they said... last package once again delivery date changed. They refuse to deliver to my address and sadly I'm stuck with out items and money lost. I absolutely say retailers need to tell you if they use this shipping company, I for one would run and never order if I had known in advance.
My Nordstrom order shipped in two parts. UPS had one piece here in 3 days. Ontrac has been 17 days and after speaking to them 2 days ago by phone cannot guarantee a delivery date. Shame on you Nordstrom. This terrible shipping service reflects on you.
My tires were to arrive on 10/26, now they say 11/1. When I first tracked them, tires, they showed two different arrival times for the one of the tires. They following day they said my tracking number was "invalid". The tires are 35 miles away, but it is taking them 6 days to deliver them!? How can they call themselves a shipping company. Sounds more like a warehousing company. I upset with the seller, because they have to know about this companies, yet they continue to use them.

I receive medical supplies monthly. They always ship with Ontrac.
I am forced to call Ontrac every single month regarding their delivery practices. They deliver to various places including the side of the road, sidewalk, thrown in a parking lot, shall I go on. The supplier has to keep replacing my orders. Each time I call I remind them I provided detailed delivery instructions. Their vehicles are VERY dirty and the delivery people look homeless.
I have never had a delivery that went well with this company. If some of these stores that I shop with didn't use them, I would not go near them for a fee! Absolutely no care in the world for customers, no response when you reach out, tracking info is never true, I am just lost for words and wonder how these businesses still continue to use them inspite of all these complaints? I never thought the day would come when I'd want to give 5 stars for excellently horrible service! OnTrac/ LaserShip definitely take the lead on ineptitude, incompetence, inefficiency, and an alarming lack of integrity! If you are a business owner and you are reading this, please do not disrespect your customers by using this company. I know OnTrac staff or owners would never respond or own their errors and we are way past interested in that anyway, as there's absolutely no really there is no defense for their performance (or lack of it!)

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible service. Only status update is "Unable to make delivery". No way to contact them. Emails take forever to respond to. Couriers have no idea what to do. Some guy in a personal van shows up sometimes, if at all. All companies should stop using this terrible service.
Had a delivery of a 32 inch TV. Tracking said that it was delivered. Checked outside of my door nothing to be found. Contacted ontrac about issue. All they could tell me was that their GPS system showed their driver was in our area. Asked to speak to a supervisor, and got Dillon. Dillon was about as helpful as the representative I was speaking to before hand. Offered no further help. Just repeated what the previous person said. Asked if there was anyway to contact driver for any help. (Where item was placed? If he could give any info on where he dropped it off, or if he even had a gate code to get on to property.) Their investigation was pointless and unhelpful. They just checked the GPS pin point, which again, just showed the driver in my area. Worst company to get any item delivered from.
Run, as fast as you can if you discover Ontrac is method of delivery. Placed order on 8/13 with Vitacost. Shipped to Ft Collins, CO & tracking on 8/17 said it was on truck & would be delivered by end of day. Didn't happen. Called ontrac cust serv on 8/18 & they sent note to driver. Tracking updated to delivery by end of 8/18. Didn't happen. Called ontrac cust serv on 8/19 & they AGAIN sent note to driver. Package was not delivered 8/17,8/18,8/19 or 8/20 (thus far) as promised. Contents of order were time sensitive. Called vitacost cust serv & told order would be resent on Monday 8/23. Ontrac is a terrible delivery service. Internet shows they recd rating of 1.8 out of 479 reviews. Have been longtime customer of Vitacost & spent plenty of money. I love their products & company but will not continue to do business w/ them if further problems w/ inadequate delivery service!
Well I'm in a area where Walmart uses this company to provide their delivery services & although Walmart offers 2 day delivery I never get them in 2 days more like 2 weeks or just doesn't come at all & I have to call & request a refund. This is so frustrating. I really do not know what to do I have contacted customer service & everything!
An international shipment was expected and I didn't know until I received a text message that OnTrac was the US shipping partner. The text came at the crack of dawn (right before I left home) to say that there was an attempted delivery. That was clearly not the case. After contacting them via their website, an email the next day said that the package was returned to sender (overseas) and the address was "incorrect". My longtime supply partner has the right address and this is yet another case of them trying to steal a shipment. They are nothing but a theft operation. I let my supplier know that they need to cut ties with these criminals. It's past time for a class action lawsuit against OnTrac.
I live on a very busy road and Ontrac delivers the package at the side of the road, never on my driveway or porch. Numerous packages have been found by neighbors opened and contents discarded at roadside. I have called the company 4 times to complain over the last couple of years, but have given up. Service never changes. No more Amazon orders as is too frustrating.
I have been trying to locate a package for 3 days. No one answers the phone or emails. I finally got a person to answer after 6 calls at 25 minutes each. Their system shows that my package is being held at the warehouse please contact us. What a joke! Then every day it says they will try to deliver the next business day then changes to the next day as each day passes. I will never buy anything from a company That uses this useless company.
OnTrac is the worst. I have had multiple bad experiences with OnTrac. They are so bad I will not buy from any business I know might use them to ship my purchases. Eighty percent of the time my packages are not delivered day they promise. Most of the time the packages sit in the local warehouse for days before they are delivered.
Online retailers are you reading all the bad online reviews and Better Business complaints against OnTrac? Use them at your own peril! OnTrac's poor service reflects poorly on your business and customers will shop elsewhere.
Apparently employees cannot read addresses. Order shows as delivered but I never received. Had to give one star in order to submit but I really want to offer ZERO. Every other delivery service can locate my address but apparently this service cannot.
OnTrac is the worst shipping service I have ever encountered. I have never had more missing packages, package delays, "delivered" packages that are not there -than any other delivery service out there. Their shipping estimates are so off they cannot be used for any reliable source of information. I have had numerous packages say delivered, and I will check within 10 minutes of delivery and there's no package to be found. When you call customer service they only say they will reach out to the delivery driver, and then nothing else happens. I am constantly having to get refunded from suppliers. Zero stars
I've had these guys try to deliver my packages from several different sellers numerous times. It is always a mess. No one can give you any information, the packages arrive to your city but then they don't move for four or five days. The last one is a purchase I made from Macy's that has been sitting in Seattle for the last five days but no one can seem to get it to Everett. Nor do they know where it is or what's happening or who to contact. It's ridiculous unfortunately I can't give zero stars
Last week a package deliver with onTrac was returned to the sender mentioning they tried to deliver and no one was home. We were at home and no one tried to deliver anything.
Today, for the second day in a row I got "Recipient not home, delivery re-attempt required" when we were also at home and got a delivery for another package (another delivery company). This is absurd, and the support team refuses to give an explanation. I already contacted the shop and they changed my profile to not use that company moving forward (small win!).
Says delivered and it happened twice during the same evening. No trace of package as anywhere and no neighbors got it. No sign of car or any truck stopping at neighbors. This is a crooked company run by thieves!

Just got my frozen food delivered from TIller & Hatch. Opened the package, one of the bags bottom exploded - most likely from the delivery driver throwing the box. I know they threw it, because I heard a box slam onto my bench, right outside our apartment's entrance door. Before I could confront the driver about it, they were already speeding away.
This is unacceptable.
They are staying in business because HD employs them for shipping. Not once I had a decent delivery from HD by them. Items lost, left on the ground. Is it so difficult to put a small package inside the mailbox and not leave it on the ground? I will have to reconsider shopping online at HD.
