I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
On Trac is the worst company that delivers packages. No one answers the phone. Emails are answered by auto generated generic response. Texts messages are generic responses as well. Being told packages can be delivered up until midnight is unacceptable. I hope your company gets so many complaints and negative reviews your company goes under.
Driver claims left my $250 package behind my gate but I do not have any fences or gates. They refuse to help me
I ordered electric scooters from Walmart.com. Ontrac says they were delivered, but they were not. Stolen obviously. The tracking info mysteriously changed to "delivered yesterday" after I waited all day for my order to show up today.
I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping/delivery. Unfortunately the company gave our shipment to OnTrac. Our household has had so many deliveries go missing/never delivered once they reach Redlands. It is the Bermuda Triangle of merchandise. They really need to fix their company. We have never had issues with UPS, FedEx or USPS. We always receive 100% of our deliveries from them. With OnTrac it is a 2%-5% delivery rate. Whenever I see my package is with OnTrac, I know I am never going to see the merchandise I have ordered. I want to know if their Corporate office is aware. Or, are they in on it? Biggest black market scam ever...it fell off the back of the truck at OnTrac. It is where all expensive, good merchandise goes to never be delivered.

They were an in-between servive. They were supposed to deliver merchandise that I ordered from another company. Unfortunately, they don't deliver...and that is their primary function as a Delivery service.
I support to get my package 7/26/2023, and they took forever to delivery. How come there system always show: " We need additional information to complete your delivery and avoid a return. Please use the form below to confirm the delivery address and instructions within three business days." even I filled the form and update my address several time, I don't understand how they work for delivery to people when they don't research address or anything else. The last time I chatted with customer care they told me " The package was accidentally sorted into the incorrect facility. It will be corrected, and we expect delivery in 1-2 business days. If you do not receive the package in 2 business days, please contact the vendor. We apologize for this delay." How the big company do like that. Today, I still get the note need to update information for delivery. Such a failure company.
Terrible service. Items don't show up. When possible, I ask retailers to NOT use OnTrac for my deliveries. I get deliveries from Fedex and UPS just fine. OnTrac says they deliver but the package is not left and no photo is taken as evidence. What does the driver do with my stuff? Sell it privately? Stay away from OnTrac. They are not reliable.
My package has been attempted delivery for a week because the driver cannot find my address because they say it is incomplete even though I get stuff sent all the time to this address which is fully complete. I have tried contacting the help center and opened many cases to further clarify my correct address but no one seems to be sending my information over to the driver, and if they did I guess they are just lazy and don't want to find my apartment in a large complex. I wished the company I bought my item from didn't ship it to Ontrac because these people never do their job right.

My package was marked as "undelivered" around 4pm despite my leaving a note w/instructions. I texted OnTrac & they replied immediately. Not only that, they said they would add my instructions to the drivers info upon re-delivery.
About 2 hours later I received a text my package was delivered to my neighbor, as I requested! I spoke to my neighbor to confirm it arrived.
I may be an anomaly but this was incredible customer service!
So they marked my package as delivered but no one ever came to my home i have security cameras $800 unit gone from the person who was supposed to deliver it what happen to the proof photo why is this ok. Like the store should not have to refund me they should go after the dirt balls stealing if they dont have to face any actions why would they not continue to steal im not letting this go. Someone will pay for this point blank i posted a picture of what was supposed to be delivered today 8/18/2023 i want answers and not bs oh wrong address as i will not accept that.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Packages go missing all the time, when they do arrive they arrive DAYS behind schedule. CS team are useless. Any company who chooses to use them for delivery no longer gets my business.

Every time i see ontrac as the delivery agency i literally cringe, the drivers usually treat my package like a football, tossing it on my porch. I have blink cameras at my front door & driveway. I wonder how they treat packages as they are being loaded onto the trucks, because the delivery is always rough. Plus the name is a joke, the deliveries are mostly late or not at all. If i could give negative stars it would be negative 5.
Shipments that sit in the local distribution center for days. Can't talk to anyone and it shows delayed everyday with sunny skies. I do not know which is worse, OnTrac or Rocky Mountain ATV that continues to use them.
I am not getting my package's that i paid for. Whom-ever is delivering doesn't know what they are doing.

3rd package they didn't deliver to my address even tho tracking shows otherwise. Customer service is useless, time sensitive items that were lost, I refuse to order from Best Buy and hobby lobby since seems like is their preferred delivery service, companies need to ban the service is a waste of time for customers.

I have had packages pilfered, then delivered with a rock in place of the ordered item. Packages damaged. And apparently lost. With a committed delivery date of 11/19, it's still not here (see pic).
If you want a package to be lost, pilfered, damaged, delayed – or some combination of those – send it via OnTrac
If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! Any package that I have had delivered by OnTrac has either been left in the middle of my muddy driveway, in the middle of my yard or somewhere random where I have to go searching for it. They show up at 10-11 pm and wake up my kids from making my dogs bark. This service is absolutely garbage and needs to be put out of business! What kind of awful people can have so much disrespect for other peoples things? Absolutely ridiculous.
They say on the website how they handle with care and all this, then do the opposite. I'd say that's false advertising and a LAWSUIT waiting to happen! Get it together OnTrac!

Packages keep getting delayed non-stop for no reason. And God forbid you want to speak to a freaking human to figure out what's going on with your stuff and why it's being delayed. No, that's too much to ask for.
This company was supposed to deliver a package from Bath and Body Works but it was never delivered. The driver had the audacity to mark it as delivered when he/she never did. I have cameras in my home and never did anyone stop by. I was also on my stopp at the time they claimed my package was delivered and didn't see anyone. I contacted customer care and told them that I suspected that the driver stole my package and they said that based on their investigation (which took like 1 min) they could not located my package and that I needed to contact the seller. Everyone in this company knows what is happening and all are playing a role in this fraud! I hope they face consequences for this!
This company is a joke! Why would anyone choose to do business with them. If u have ANY problems or questions u need to listen to an AUTOMATED message, not live agent! If u want to talk to someone else u mist text them and wait an eternity for a response. Or email them! Wth! So basically ur issue will never be resolved.

The package was lost, but they had tracking showing it was in their distribution warehouse 10 miles from my house. Promised delivery was a Friday, and the package showed up at the warehouse Friday morning@ 2:03 AM. For the next four days, they kept updating the delivery to the next day. Finally they admitted the package was lost.
I had promised an important customer I would have their parts on Tuesday. I lost the order & over $300 in material cost. Still trying to get a refund from Home Depot for the $370 metal cutting circular saw.

Package was supposed to be delivered in 12/6, three days later there is no status update and item hasn't been delivered. I used their customer support inline form, their text message option but I am getting no response regarding the whereabouts of my package. I tried calling, the automated system sends you to ontrac.com and hangs up. Useless and horrible, they shouldn't be allowed to operate
My package was marked as delivered at my front door but we never received it. We have Ring cameras to prove that no such delivery was made. I contacted the company and they stated they would be contacting the driver to verify delivery.
After a day, they stated: "We apologize that you are unable to locate your package. Our records indicate that the driver was at the appropriate location at the time of delivery. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your Vendor for further assistance with this issue."
This company shows no accountability for their mistakes. Putting the blame on the consumer for not finding a package they never dropped off is terrible customer service. I wish there was a way we could choose what delivery company vendors are using. I will forward their email to the company I purchased the items from so they're aware of this delivery company's terrible service.

My mom ordered a package from temu to be delivered to my grandma's house due to it having me and my nosy sister's presents in it and just a little note I order from temu pretty much weekly but I get my packages every time but they are shipped to my house... My mom's order said it was delivered but we looked all around the house, yard, and mailbox area and there was no package to be found... I had ordered a package and accidentally put my grandma's address on it then I have still yet to receive this package when I have 3 days til Christmas even though it said it was delivered... Customer service did no help at all for my mom's gift and thankful temu let my mom reship her's so if my package is not here by tomorrow I will have to do the same and give out late Christmas gifts... This has never been a problem when ordering stuff til OnTrac started "delivering" our packages
I have notified all of the companies that I do online business with, that I will discontinue their services if they continue to use Ontrac for delivery. Ontrac will not deliver to the house & leaves packages & (food items attracting bears & coyotes) in various places at the bottom of our drive near the road. Packages shown to be delivered can be anywhere on the 4 acre property or neighboring property.
