I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one
EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.
Best Buy uses this company for delivery. They must be cheap, because they certainly aren't willing to spring for a website that dispenses correct information. After speaking with customer service, the best I can determine is that my monitor may arrive someday. Not exactly comforting.
Package was put on the wrong truck. Wasn't aware of your business hours. Didn't know the shipping instructions state "no deliveries on Saturday". The excuses just keep adding up. I have stopped ordering good products from good companies due to Ontrac's inability to deliver. Ontrac is costing businesses money and opportunity. I'd insist that Ontrac is not used as your shipper if you don't want to lose your customers.
Pretty sure they are just in business to steal. They "lost" 2 packages in 10 days. They said one was left at my front door but to get to my front door you have to open a locked gate, walk about 300 yards with 6 large dogs that will eat your legs off. When I explained that to the corporate office she said if you have a problem take it up with the police and the company that I purchased from. They have no responsibility or accountability to replace ir pay. Great racket. Next package the company i irdered from finally just gave me my money back because it keeps saying delay delivery tomorrow. For 2 weeks.
I don't understand why they are still in business. Shameful. 1 star is 2 stars too much.
Twice my shipments have arrived several days past the target dates. Their tracking system is rarely updated, 1st sign they don't care about quality of service. Their handling of your package on arrival sits for over 30 hours less than 10 miles from your house, and they post shipment delayed, 2nd failure for any company that wants to provide a shipping service. These folks are truly the worst-case excuse for a shipping company ever. Best pay a couple dollars more for a real shipping outfit.
What are the odds of a company losing (or stealing) the same package TWICE?!? Well OnTrac managed to do that. Don't bother reaching out to their customer service. They don't even attemp to address the issue. As you can see below, they won't even admit they have lost (or stolen) the package. They just change the delivery date every day hoping no one will notice. The package has been re-sent and now they are claiming they haven't received it for shipping for 6 days now. So now they have lost (stolen) two of the very same package.

I did a order from bath and body works and I just got a random refund today and come to find out it's because this trash a$$ service LIED and said customer refused package, that them sorry mfs never even delivered! I'm so freaking mad! Now I can't even get the same items because who ever lied saying I refuse the package sent it back and not my items were sold to another customer! Muther f'ers! And seeing how many people have bad experiences with them why are they still in business? I guess it's no need to file a complaint since they don't even get back to its customers! Hot garbage I tell you!
I wish companies would stop using OnTrac to make their deliveries. This is the 3rd time my items were left in the open and ready for anyone to steal. OnTrac does not ring the door bell, knock or acknowledge they are at the door. Once they threw my package on the sidewalk and drove off. OnTrac is the worst delivery company to use.
I currently have 2 orders from 2 different companies being delivered via on trac. Both were scheduled for tuesday and both have been rescheduled for the last 3 days. Their tracking info is useless. Home chef is losing my business because they only use this garbage delivery site.
This service is terrible. The delivery person lied and said that our address was not accessible yet there was no attempt. Our one way circle has no gates, the addresses clearly marked, I was home waiting all day and no trucks came by. Our gate was open and patio fully accessible by anyone. Then, Walmart sent a survey and asked how our products and service was when there was none! Had to contact Walmart twice and now their help line says it will be delivered on Monday, Dec 9 but the OnTrac website says Dec 5. How screwed up can a delivery service be? If they couldn't make it, why lie about it early in the day. Just say it will be delayed a day like UPS and Fedex do. I realize it's a busy time of year.
Bought a ps5 for my son, shipped from Ontario California about one hour away from me. After 10 days and numerous emails to ontrac, they responded and said they lost the package and to contact walmart. 99% sure it wasn't "lost", it was stolen by this unprofessional company. 0 stars if possible
This is the most unreliable delivery service. It astounds me that they are still in business. So many packages indicated they have been delivered to my front door. But never actually delivered. Makes me wonder what exactly ontrac is doing with all of this product. We as customers complain and plead with companies to stop using them but still they continue to be put in charge of our deliveries. No wonder amazon prime is taking over. At least if you order something from them, it shows up with none of the hassle. At least with some companies if we request a specific shipper they honor our requests (rei). Other (American eagle) not so much.
Ordered a ps5 from walmart. They chose ontrac which I hate and then it marked as delivered when they didn't deliver. I was standing outside when I got the notification and nobody had come. Sucks to see these types of businesses are being used by major brands.
My package (containing frozen food for my dog) was shipped out on the 19th and it's past 5 days now It's still not here. I message them and they haven't reply back at all. Don't waste money or rely on this place!
Ordered pkg 12/9. It sat in ontracs warehouse until 12/23 when it was allegedly delivered. Nope. No package. Vendor said ontrac will scan as delivered even when not. Why would a reputable co use this one?
What a scam company! My package said delivered and of course it was never delivered because I was in the house and we have ring cameras everywhere outside the house. Today one day after the fake delivery I noticed an ontrack truck on the street in front of my house. Driver didn't get out of the truck stayed there for two minutes and then left without delivering anything. To top it up they noted it delivered in main lobby/reception but mind you we live in an independent home with no lobby or reception. I literally don't know why reputable companies use this trash of a carrier. Horrible!
OMG, the worst. This is based on quite a few experiences, not just the last bad experience. Multiple times they have claimed delivery, but my cameras show no one ever came close. Sometimes the package arrives a few days later, but many times it never shows up. In the very few times when the tracking is correct, they almost never achieve the committed delivery date.
My package was left at the door opened, with the opened side down towards the ground. When I picked it up from the front door and saw that it was opened, I counted my order of 12 shirts and 3 were missing. I live in a safe neighborhood, so it had to be someone from the company...delivery that took my merchandise out of the package.

They said they delivered my package, no where to be found. I had front door open all day, and no porch pirates. If you see that they are the delivery company for your item, request a refund immediately.
I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on 9/1/2023. It got delayed because my apartment building door is locked. I updated my delivery instructions 5 times and they still refuse to deliver my package. They expect me to be sitting outside from 9 am-7pm in order to get my package. OH! And there is no way to call them
I have been placing orders with a company called temu and they use ontrac for delivery service but the driver leaves my items at the wrong address every time. Then when I try to talk to someone they only communicate through text message and they won't allow you to talk to a supervisor so you have to deal with the messed up service.This is the worst service I have ever received from any company and this needs to be fixed immediately. I love shopping online but the delivery service needs to be better.

The package never left the building. I call from 8:00am until 4:30 p.m. and talk to 4 people. All the people were great and tried to help but no-one in the eugene facility would return any call or email. I live in eugene and asked if i could go pick it up they said no. I wonder if I will get it before the weekend. Today is Thursday. 11/19/2020
Honestly, I'm now confused...
Ontrac couldn't provide me with tracking information for around 1 week now and the company I ordered my package from (temu) never emailed me or informed that my package was delayed, missing, or just that ontrac didn't inform them yet about my order tracking. I made sure that the tracking number was valid (copy and pasted) and for some reason it still won't show me my tracking order. I'm pretty sure I'm never going to get my order as I placed this order pretty long ago. I'll make another review if I even get my order.
I honestly wish 0 stars was a choice of review. Your service and shipping is HORRIBLE! And on top of that there no possible way to contact you guys! I tried going there to get my package and no one would let me in!
OnTrac is horrible. I've had delivery issues for months and no one has been able to help - after countless calls and escalations. Now the "supervisor" who was supposed to help won't call back. The delivery people leave packages near the road where they can easily be stolen - despite very clear instructions on our account to leave packages at the house. Packages are left in the rain without any protection. Delivery notices come 2 hours after delivery. I now only order from retailers who do NOT ship via OnTrac. They are pathetic.

I have put in numerous inquires and nothing! A supervisor was supposed to call me which never happened! I am definitely at the point where they either stole or lost the package!
