I've heard literal horror stories about ontrac from so many people (even my therapist?) and so when I ended up getting them for my package shipping I was scared. They did deliver which I'm thankful for. My items were in great condition, which is even better. Everything was there too! Infact other then the absolute blunder that was getting my address wrong in every sense (I still wonder how that happened lol) the shipment was great! When they said they delivered and no one answered I was a bit afraid seeing as literally everyone but me was home that day and no one got it, but after a quick message they got it to me by the next morning which was amazing and I can't thank them enough for that! But in the end, be careful when shipping with companies like this because it's a hit or miss, I'm just glad I hit a homerun with this one

“Cannot be delivered due to address!”

EVERYONE gets this or they get their package thrown or destroyed. They probably opened my package and then said I need 3 days to confirm my address which is funny because I ordered 2 of them and 1 was delivered fast by FedEx. The other I ordered first by OnTrac and it's still not delivered even after ongoing disputes on my address. It's Philadelphia pa. You cannot find Philadelphia pa? Don't work for a shipping company if you're bad at addresses. I cannot order anything if I did not add my address in so 2-3 weeks now and nothing. A refund does not even help the issue. I'm so frustrated / disappointed / angry at the shipping service.

I have had 2 packages delivered by a guy wearing earbuds and talking crap about his boss one time and the most recent time he was talking to somebody about picking up a couple of whores after work, showed up on my home video surveillance.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with, if I would of know the place I purchased from was going to use ontrac I wouldn't of even bought the stuff at all. They suck with giving you updates on your orders and never update it or give you any helpful information, try to reach out and get some more help or a resolution and they respond with the same exact email over and over again no matter what you are saying. I've been getting the run around with them and cannot figure out where my packages are for the life of me and they don't care at all and won't help. I've never ever heard of ontrac until now they should really be shut down or never be used again so $#*!ing awful I've never had such a worse experience before in my life with a company, awful company.

This company is so terrible they should not be in existence. For over a week now, my package has been 'delayed' in their facility. I don't need a soothsayer to tell me this package has been stolen. I have called 6 times, emailed 4 times. Very unhelpful customer service. Do they even exist? This company is fraudulent and unfortunately I can not order from any store using this company as a delivery company. I have requested a full refund from my bank since Fashionnova keeps telling me to wait for a package that would never come

Update 1.

I reported this company to the BBB and that same day, they automatically updated my package as delivered. Guess what however? No package was delivered. I was home, I received nothing. No driver came or called. You should know that this company is fraudulent. Do not do business with any company shipping with them. Or better still use a credit card so you can get your money back!

Walmart switched to this company for my deliveries this past year, therefore I hardly order online anymore. Ontrac has left my packages in the rain on three occasions; has put them on our lawn or cars rather than our porch more than a few times; has delivered my package to our neighbors; and worst yet has on also three times now said a package was delivered when it wasn't! I just finished searching in the dark all over no package when their email says it was delivered at 9:32 pm. This company is terrible!

I order food from Blue Apron and today these clowns marked a shipment as delivered. I'm wondering where my food is. I'm looking at my surveillance camera footage. Turns out they never delivered it. When I called them they said that it just didn't fit on the truck, so they didn't deliver it. Now I have no food for the week. I am SO pissed about this. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I ordered a new monitor from Best Buy this week, and I was all happy and joyful until I saw Ontrac as my delivery service. It said it was arriving on Thursday at first, then Friday, and then Saturday, and now it's arriving next week. I honestly don't even know if it'll arrive by next week.

If you ever get Ontrac as your delivery service - cancel the order right away. Look for the product from different vendor. This is not the type of service where you HAVE to get unlucky to have bad experience; you need to be very lucky to have even a decent experience.

I don't even know how they're still not bankrupt from all vendors pulling out.

Tip for consumers:
Never use Ontrac.

I was told that my order was to be delivered a particular date but, I didn't receive it. And along the way my package got missing. I contacted the customer service office, but they refused to give me any feedback concerning my package. I will save myself the stress by not ordering from the company that wasted my freaking money.

I "supposedly" had a package delivered when none was actually delivered. I waited 3 extra days to see if possibly it would show up after speaking to all my neighbors. I was home all day the it was so called delivered and no one showed up at my door step. I emailed them and called them and all they were able to say was that it shows that the driver did deliver it. I can't even get my refund with the vendor either. Im pissed off and don't recommend anyone using their services.!

My package shows delivered never received it. I was home all day. Called them and all they said was that driver was around this area at the time of delivery at that's it. I asked for them to contact the driver for more information about where the package was left and they said they can't do that. So I asked if I was basically my loss and this was a waste of time and he agreed. So annoyed!

Apparently the company I ordered from switched to this delivery service because hadn't heard of them before. Package was "out for delivery" Weds 7/19. Received a text that evening that they'd attempted to deliver, but my address was incomplete. I replied through the website, giving specific directions because my address was complete AND correct. Received an automated reply that someone would reply within 48 hrs. Didn't get a reply. Got another message that my package was out for delivery AGAIN on Friday 7/21. Once again the driver "attempted" and failed because address was incomplete, all the while informing me that my package will be sent back to the shipper if they can't deliver. How is it that USPS, FedEx, UPS and Amazon are ALL able to locate my address, but your drivers can't!?! If you are aware that a company you're ordering from is using this company for delivery, think twice about placing that order. (I'd like to not give any stars, but that's not an option)

Placed an order on 9/1/23, received expected delivery date of 9/8/23. Notified on 9/8/23 that package is in delivery city of Charlotte but delayed. Package has been delayed for two weeks now. The package is in Charlotte and I live in Charlotte. No reason for the package to be delayed. I've emailed OnTrac three times and they have failed to respond.

I placed an order through the children's place and it was shipped with on trac. The company I ordered from is amazing, but this shipping company has been a nightmare. I received a notification that it was delivered but there was no package outside, or in my mailbox. I live in an apartment complex in a townhouse. I eventually found my package by the front office, damaged and smells like mildew. The customer service for on trac is absolutely horrible and it's next to impossible to get a hold of anyone. If I could have given this review less than 1 star, I would have.

Driver stated he dropped my package inside the community room at 9:27 pm. The community room is not even open at that time. We also have cameras on the property and we went back several hours and never even showed him arrive at the property. My package has been missing since 5/22/2020 and I still haven't gotten a call back from management.

This company has been giving me the runaround for a week now. They have been attempting to deliver my package to the wrong address and now they've told me they can't locate it. When I contacted their customer service they plainly lied to my face and said it was handled, it's 4 days later and i've yet to hear back and still don't have my package.

The worst! They never send you delivery updates on your packages. Your packages arrive a week later. When you call to track your package, except to wait on the phone for at least 45 minutes. I was told my package couldn't be found! To contact the shipping company to make other arrangements! I did, had to reorder my items. Some were not available anymore and had to order something else. Few days later my package was delivered! Now I'm waiting for my replacement package to return it! What an inconvenience!

This company is garbage. Their tracking number said it was delivered in Tacoma. I don't like in Tacoma.
Called them, and they said there is nothing they can do. I told them it was never delivered, I have two ring cameras and it was never delivered. So then they told me I had to call the company who shipped it.
Stay away from ontrac if you can.

Unfortunately they have another one of my packages, and guess what! It's delayed. Just like the last one.

MY tracking for this my order was supposed to arrive today in San Francisco and as earlier it was in transit from South San Francisco which is only a few minutes away.

I just checked tracking again and it says it is on its way to Arizona!

Back to another state, two states away from California when it was a few minutes away from my home just two hours earlier?

These people do not know what they are doing. Dont ever patronize a business that uses their service.

Too lazy to bring package up to porch, just dropped it over the fence! It could have broken something or leaving it next to the sidewalk makes it easy for the porch pirates. I don't think they rate one star but that is the lowest you can go.

Terrible customer service. My package is "held" for 3 days in my town and they won't tell me why. I contacted their customer service and they just say confirm your address, which is the same as the address I already provided when I ordered. They can't tell me why they're holding my package. My package arrived in Flint, then sent to NJ, arrived back in Flint, then sent to Orlando and now back in Flint sitting for 3 days waiting on me to confirm my address that they already have. They haven't even attempted to deliver it, they're just "holding" it.

This company is the absolute worst! They do not give a damn about your parcels. They have nonexistent customer service. They throw your packages on the street, on sidewalks, in driveways in pouring rain. They DO NOT care. They cannot be bothered to open your gate and walk 6 steps forward to safely deliver your items to your front door under cover. When you complain they issue a robo response that is meaningless. I do not understand how they can stay in business and it's the absolute worst for giving a damn about doing a good job. AVOID at all cost if you have a choice.

Honestly they are the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. I have decided to stop shopping at two of my favorite online stores because I can NEVER get my package smoothly delivered (if it's delivered at all) because they use Lasership. It's a hassle, and there has been multiple occurrences where they don't deliver my package on time and I have to throw something together for an event I have last minute. They're a garbage company and a waste of your money and time.

Good luck getting your shipment on time, if at all. Oh, good luck even getting ahold of anyone from customer service. This delivery service is horrible, I always have problems. This company literally could care less and I wish retailers would stop using them for lack of consistency and reliability alone.

These people will say your package is out fir delivery, unfortunately that means days. I have never dealt with such a slow carrier. Other companies need to use UPS,etc. But not this carrier. Anytime, I see that they are delivering, I get mad. If the package is out for delivery, state that on the day it will be delivered, not days before. Not to mention that don't follow delivery instructions either. They will place your package in an unsafe place, so don't bother with asking them to leave it where you want it to go in order to be safe. You guys need to go out of business.

Ordered 6 items from Target. Supposed to be 2 day shipping. Going on day 5 and everyday tracking says delayed. Wtf. Really! I've emailed 3 times and no reply back. $#*!ty service and poor customer service.

I have had very poor service from OnTrac in the last year. Once they put my package in my trash bin that sits at the road. When he opened the bin, he could clearly see there was trash in it. He left it in there anyway instead of simply walking the light package down my 300' driveway. The last two times he has delivered the packages to my neighbors house a tenth of a mile away. Their address is *******, my address is *******, not even close. It's not like the road ends, it just goes from Road to Lane. I hate to complain to the office, but it's getting ridiculous.
