My order was placed on 11/21/25 and still hasn't arrived. Going on 3 weeks. If you need orthopedic shoes in a hurry, this place is not cutting it.
I ordered 3 pairs of slippers from this shop in the past 2 months. The first was through Amazon Marketplace. They took my payment and confirmed my order, then cancelled it, saying the slippers were out of stock. The second pair was directly from them, they supposedly shipped, but never were delivered. The 3rd pair were confirmed, and payment taken. When I expressed concern that I hoped the 3rd pair would arrive, I received an email from customer service assuring me they would ship out "early next week." Guess what? That order was also cancelled as "out of stock." The very next day after it was cancelled, I got a follow-up email from Customer Service asking whether I had received my purchase. But there were only 3 possible answers to check off, none of which applied to order cancellation.
Purchased my shoes on line. Never like to do that as I'm never sure of fit. My ballet shoes are great. Love wearing them.

On September 5,2025, I purchased boots from OrthoticShop.com and also paid for third-party shipping insurance through their site. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply negative and raises serious concerns about this company's business practices. No Receipt / No Insurance Details: I was never provided with an itemized receipt or any insurance policy details. Failure to Deliver Product: Tracking showed "delivered" on September 11,2025, but I never received the package. I checked with neighbors and contacted Orthotic Shop immediately. Refusal to Honor Insurance: Despite paying for insurance, I was told repeatedly that only the merchant can file claims. Orthotic Shop refused to provide the insurer's contact information or file a claim on my behalf. Obstructive Conduct: Representatives denied assistance, made accusatory remarks, and refused to acknowledge responsibility. On September 18,2025, Orthotic Shop terminated communication altogether. Documentation: I have preserved all emails and a legally recorded phone call (under Michigan law, which requires only one-party consent). These records clearly show (a) acknowledgment of my purchase of insurance, and (b) Orthotic Shop's refusal to provide the insurer's information.
Because of Orthotic Shop's conduct, I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and a police report on September 18,2025.
Summary: Orthotic Shop took my payment, failed to deliver the product, denied me access to the insurance I paid for, and then cut off communication. This is unacceptable business behavior.
I am demanding either a full refund of $104.98 or complete insurance details. If they refuse, I am prepared to pursue litigation for breach of contract, consumer fraud, and damages.
I strongly caution other consumers: do not trust OrthoticShop.com with your purchases
BBB shows they have done this numerous times they have 3.7 rating which is funny when you don't take away peoples ability who have a negative experience in your site as you have mine what the truth shows
I love purchasing my grandson his orthotic sandals from this company. Their prices are competitive and product quality is very good. Return policy is very good if needed, which I've had to use on one occasion because I ordered the wrong size.
It was good no deception, and the delivery was not a long time and it came in a well boxed package nothing torn up or falling apart

I got a pair of tennis shoes x my Mom and a pair of sandals as well. She was asking for some stylish, comfy, orthopedic tennis shoes as she suffers of blood circulation legs problem. Once she received both pair of shoes and tried her tennis shoes half day she was over the moon cuz her feet didn't get tired as fast as usual. They really looked amazing, cute and nice on her! Even my Dad liked them so much. Now she's wearing them to be in the house all day! I'm glad she's happy with the purchase and feels that she can follow today's fashion! :)
I ordered a pair of shoes on line at Orthotic Shop on 7/15/25 Shoes were not delivered until 7/30/2025. I liked the website shoe choices but 15 days to receive the shoes via UPS was ridiculous! When I had not received the shoes after 7 days I emailed and called the company to no avail. The company billed my VISA for total price on 7/16/25.

I ordered a pair of Spenco sandals to replace ones i've had for 10 years that I'd glued together, twice. Lots of improvements: arch support that i can feel, softer heels with deeper cup, quieter on wood floors, better traction on slick/wet surfaces - just starting to enjoy my new pair.
Bad, bad, bad, so, I order shoes and then get an email that cancels (changed) the order. No reason given. Then, I receive my refund minus $35.00. I guess I got charged for the shipping on a cancelled order, by Orthotic shop.
The shoes arrived safely and look nice. Larry had great difficulty getting them on, as the heel and sides would fold to the inside of the shoe. Part of the problem is my husband's condition and not the shoe. But if the back of the shoe had more body, I think things would be easier. Mary
