Very poor response to my query... no product received after 5 weeks... and no number to contact Ouffer... what a joke!
Perhaps, these reviews were written by competitors of Ouffer, but I've been a member for over 18 months and have had nothing but good experiences with the vouchers I've purchased. On one occasion, I was having trouble making a booking, and Ouffer refunded me in full. Really can't believe that any of the above comments are legitimate..
Absolute Joke. Purchased a dinner for two for a place that had actually been closed down and a change of owenership. The owners advised us to contact Ouffer as they will honour a refund. After 4 weeks of continious emails i am yet to hear anything back from them. Don't waste your time with this Scammers.
First time was to order a car detailing deal which was reneged on by the company who were to supply it. Ouffer did advise this but our outlay of $75.00 has not been refunded despite numereous emails back to them including one to the CEO.
Thought we'd give them a second chance with an offer of a GPS navigation system - ordered & paid for in good faith but guess what - yet again nothing except our money!
Please everyone do not fall for this companies scam offers -they are not reputable & will only take your money with no end service or purchase for your outlay.BE AWARE
SCAM. Plain and simple. I bought a deal, got billed thrice. Add on to that; the service was nothing as described. They do not respond to emails and refund requests. They billed me 3 times! I'm really upset. Please guys, save your money and stay away.
Ouffer provides dodgy deals. I got a deal for carpet cleaning which turned out to be a scam. I now know from a blog published by another customer that Ouffer knew about the scam weeks before my service was meant to be provided but they never contacted me. I suspect they didn't contact anyone. So they sat there doing nothing while hundreds of people cleared their homes of furniture waiting for carpet cleaners that never arrived. What a bunch of #!#!@.
Tried to obtain a refund for 2 vouchers they sold from a vendor who wouldn't honor the service advertised - only response I got was an automated reply that they would get back to me shortly. After waiting two weeks there has been no further response. Terrible customer service as echoed by many who have reviewed Ouffer.
Really disappointed with this company. Purchased services, finally booked a time directly with the company over the phone (after leaving many messages with no response) and then they didn't turn up. The company now won't return my calls or emails. There has been no response to my concerns regarding this company from OUFFER. I have have problems with offers from other daily deals sites before but these sites have always responded promptly and offered me a full refund. I will not use OUFFER ever again.
Disappointed by the 2 occassions I've purchased from this site. May not be the site's fault, as it was the vendors who have been unwilling to produce the goods until contacted. On the first occasion, the service I received was different to what I purchased because the vendor was unwilling to provide the service I'd purchased at that price. On the second occassion, the vendor was willing to send a "replacement", yet to see it.
Pretty cool idea to clone groupon in other countries and have daily deals as you definitely need a local presence to pull this off. I do wonder how the locals view this company and if they find it as good or bad as groupon here in the states. Ouffer site does look vaguely similar to groupon in design, but I guess that is the magic that works. No point in reinventing the wheel.
Answer: I have a purchase a meal/voucher from ouffer on the 20th Feb 2012, the expiry of this voucher is due by the 14th April & still didn't get my voucher after sending 3 emails for the request, the answer is Always they are innondated with requests!? What about my voucher... n
