I bought an extra collar for Garmin Alpha 300. The Garmin ended up being way more than what I needed so I returned it and had no need for the extra collar I had bought from Outdoor Dog Supply. Money was promptly refunded. No questions. No hassles.
I have an old Astro that the dog collar antennae finally broke off. I called to confirm that I was going to purchase the right replacement. It was my first time ordering from this site. I got my order within a couple days. The tracker works great but didn't come with any instructions, I have used a similar tracker so I figured out how to use it fairly easily.

I was able to purchase the same quality collar as before as well as an engraved tag inserted onto the collar, all for under $12.
This company offered free shipping and the product arrived within days.

Customer service and overall shopping was excellent with ODS but the map card itself isn't as good as ONX which is very disappointing.
