My picture came out amazing. I do think the pencil ones should have some kind of protectant on them as I touch the picture the pencil transfers to my fingers. That is my only complaint, the time it took to get to me was acceptable.

From start to finish the whole journey has been amazing. Great customer service and nothing was too much trouble whether it was answering questions or making alterations to the digital preview. I didn't require any alterations to final canvas as it was perfect. In fact we were blown away by it, it's absolutely stunning. The attention to detail down to the finest stroke is incredible. This canvas means the world to us having recently lost our best friend and we will treasure it forever.
