The product took over 3 weeks from final payment to shipping. Could have moved faster other than that experience was good. Love the painting

I absolutely love this painting! It is a birthday present for my son and I can't wait to get his reaction.

The process was easy to understand and follow along with. All of my specifications and instructions were followed exactly, allowing my vision for my family portrait to be perfectly captured. I appreciated the fact that I was also given flexibility to make any changes both before and after the painting itself was done.
As a first time customer, I was a bit nervous about the painting process since I had never done anything like this before. But I was thankfully reassured and guided through everything. I was never confused at any point during the process thanks to how clearly defined the instructions were on the website itself. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone else that is interested in creating a portrait for their family.

It was a process getting all the renditions done, but we finally got the correct edit. The picture of the painting looked fine, but when we recieved the painting, it was phenomenal. I was so worried it would be just an A.I. Print, but it definitely wasn't. It was genuinely hand painted and I am very impressed. My wife cried when she saw it. Sadly she did not want the video to be released or used for advertising, so I cannot show you. Thank you guys for this wonderful painting. Will be getting another one within the year for another family member.

This was a gift to my best friend who lost her father 2 months ago. Here is what she had to say after receiving it:

I lost my dad not even a week after I had my son. I didn't get a picture of them. My best friends and their momma gave me this beautiful painting yesterday. {The picture of} my dad is the last picture we got together. {The picture of} my son is the first picture I have with my best friend and her son. Submission and review process was fast and easy. Artist easily corrected my painting to ensure it was perfect. My husband loved it! Only issue was that I wasn't aware that the price if the painting didn't include the basic canvas framing. That's an additional cost. Other than that I will order again!
