The painting came out 110% better than I expected. The whole process was amazing, they catered to my every ask (which was a lot) and made sure I loved the rough draft before starting. I got my husband a painting of his dad who passed away with our son who was born just a year after his passing. He loved it so much and hung it above the fireplace, we love looking at it everyday and we're so pleased with how it turned out! What this company does is priceless, and will be going through them again!
It was an easy process. The artist was able to capture my little brother in-law's features, by using multiple pictures. The artist also makes sure the customer likes the out come, you can request editing things that you may not like.The portrait came out beautiful, and best of all my mother in-law loved it.
Due to personal reasons I won't be uploading a video but I will share that seeing my brother's expression was priceless; invaluable. It was a mix of emotions. The artist undoubtedly captured the essence of brotherhood and pure love. Thank you for an unforgettable moment.

I was excited about this picture. I purchased because i saw it on social media and was inspired to surprise my husband! His mom passed away and I thought what a way to surprise my husband with a beautiful hand painted picture. I paid for expedite and received my painting after the date that was originally promised. I had to call to get a update and to find out my picture wasn't even processed. They did refund the fee I paid for expedite but after that phone call I thought it was resolved hoping I would get my picture. The other thing is that they don't send you tracking information. I called them and they couldn't even give me tracking info and had to reach out to the someone regarding my tracking. I had to call DHL and thankfully they gave me gratefully they gave me a tracking number. The other issue I had is that DHL called me to say they had my package, but it needed a signature and I told the lady that I was not aware that I needed a signature thank God I was down the street that she waited for me but like I explained to the driver I never received an email from this company and it was so frustrating through this whole process. The painting was beautiful, but the process was terrible!

Overall the process was super easy and I was really impressed by how quick they were to get everything done! From drafting my picture to getting it sent on the way to me it was extremely efficient. The artwork is beautiful, my mother immediately burst into tears when she saw it. She lost three siblings within a year and the artwork makes it feel like they are still with us. Highly recommend paint your life!

Working with the artist to have the best product possible was perfect. They not only got it done so much faster than I would have expected, they also did such a beautiful and detail oriented job! This was one of the best experiences I've had. I had a painting done for my husband. It's so detailed and even more beautiful in person. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. Ordered two pictures. One very large acrylic and one smaller done in pencil. The second was important birthday gift and it's been waiting to ship since July 29 considering it takes 10 days for the first to arrive

I had an old picture of my Brother and Sister In Law's wedding day that was not very clear.
