Great experience. Almost everything about this process was straightforward, the only issue I had was with myself really. I forgot to specify eye color for my family and the artist took liberty and did a neutral eye color which looks beautiful. I also wish, because this process is so emotional for many of us who choose this service, I could send a personalized thank you note to the artist who painted this and to anyone who has a hand in the creation of these paintings. I'm filled with gratitude because I know one day future generations will have this painting.

My husbands grandfather passed away 12.5 years ago. So I wanted to get a picture of them together, but I wanted a current picture of my husband now that he's older. I was able to make changes super easily, and the artist always got back to me extremely fast. The painting arrived before the estimated delivery date, which was awesome! Before my husband opened the canvas, I've never seen him cry before. The painting is absolutely amazing! The whole process was so easy. It may be a little on the pricier side, but it's definitely worth it!

I ordered a portrait of my uncle that passed almost ten years ago as a gift to my grandparents. The painting was completed and revised to perfection. This will bring so much joy due to there not being many pictures of him.

I ordered a painting for my husband, for Fathers Day, that included his mom and our two daughters. His mom passed away before I could meet her and her grandchildren never got to meet her either. A very great experience! The artist did an incredible job! In the original photo there were some people that looked blurry so I needed to send in clearer pictures of them. I also wanted to add two people that had passed away to make it look like they were there with us. The artist had their work cut out for them and did an amazing job following an revisions I needed done and in the end it brought everyone to tears seeing us all together. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend and for sure will get another painting in the future!

The customer service is optimal. Each person I spoke with took the requisite time to explain things thoroughly after listening to my concerns. You can tell that they're quite experienced. After expressing my concerns... through several communications... I was just in awe of the actual portrait. Absolutely well done.

We ordered a painting of our beautiful 16 year old dog that recently passed. It is extraordinarily lifelike particularly in the eyes. There is some truly stunning detail work. This is much more than just a painting to us but it's a beautiful piece.

I got this painting done for my husband and he absolutely loved it, shed plenty of tears and memories. For many it's just a painting but for him, "A imagine I never thought I'd Id see." Truly means a lot to him and so happy paint your life could creat something like this for him!

The quality of the painting was amazing. Got frequent updates and modifications were quick as well. Shipping was fast, I do wish it was a bit more discreet with the contents. "Paint your life" on the box is a bit of a give away. However it arrived it great condition!

This was easy and wonderful. They took 3 photos and merged them into one to give my husband something he would never other wise have, a photo with his father and our son. His father passed years ago and never got to meet our baby. But with this the 3 of them get to be together in one portrait. The service was great. It is great quality. They really do want to make sure you are happy with the finished product and will make adjustments to do so. I'm very happy I found this company.

We lost our beautiful pup Reggie too soon and none of us were prepared for this hardship. My daughter was heartbroken over this loss. Team at Paint Your Life created such a gorgeous painting, I was left speechless, we were all crying with happy and sad tears.

The picture was made from three separate photos. They put it together so quickly and gave me ample opportunity to make changes if needed. I didn't have to it was perfect. I gave them free rein and then just made it. It's perfect

We wanted to get something special for my mom for her birthday so we got a painting of my newborn son and her dad who passed away many years before my son was born. I've never seen her cry as much as she did when she unwrapped this picture. Such a special moment.

I placed an order for a painting for Father's Day. I saw the site advertised on Facebook and uploaded all my photos when I placed the order. After 2 days of waiting for an update I was advised they didn't have my photos which pushed back the start of the work so now it will not be here on time due to their website malfunction. Their solution was for me to pay an additional 15% for expedited service which would not have been necessary had they started when I initially placed the order. Definitely regret spending this nearly $500 for a gift that will now not be here on time. The following 4 paintings I needed will be done with another company since I've lost faith in this one, but the pictures they sent me of the painting look great so the review isn't shading the artist it is against the company and how they do things.

I was not able to be there when our mother received the painting, but overall she is satisfied.
I have a feeling that she was very emotional about the painting because she said it's the best gift she ever had!
That makes me proud to be her daughter.

We came home from vacation to see the package waiting for us. I was excited to surprise my husband with it. He isn't much for showing emotions, but to see him smile and shake his head in approval was just what I needed. A picture with his grandpa, he grew up really close with him, and our son, perfect. He always has said he just wished our son had met his favorite person.

They do beautiful work with very talented artist and my husband loved the photo the was created for him. The ordering process was very easy and there was always someone to ask questions and very prompt. I will definitely have more paintings done with this company. I am forever grateful.
