Originally, the painting was not what I had asked for. I put specifics in the section for the Dream Team to create a customized portrait and the mock up I received was pieced together from the pictures I submitted - exact. But after going through customer service, they asked for more pictures to create the look I wanted. The second mock-up and final painting are AMAZING. I love it! I just wish they'd used the details I asked for in the first go 'round and asked for more pictures if that's what they needed so that it didn't waste an artists time for something I didn't ask for. Even so, the paintings are incredible and I'm beyond happy with the outcome and that they worked to correct it for me even though it was partially my fault for approving the mock-up on the assumption that the dream team would be adjusting the final. Just make sure you submit enough pictures!
I like the end result painting. Thanks to a friend's advice, I asked for them to redo the painting after draft one, because one grandparent's face needed to be redone. The artist had to do two drafts to create a wonderful portrait. I think they have good customer service. I liked the fact you could send multiple photos and have several drafts.
The whole process, from start to finish was very simple and easy. I appreciate that the artist worked with my suggestions and tweaks. I received the painting and gifted it to my wife. She absolutely loved it and was surprised on how accurate the picture was, including all of the tiny details! Thank you for this. I would 100% recommend to others.

The painting came out great! I love it! It is for my boyfriend. We recently had to put our dog down and when i give it to him for Christmas i know hes going to love it! I loved how quick the process was and especially the shipping. I was expecting to get it the end of November and it came literally within a week of shipment. I was so surprised! Great service! I will definitely be getting more paintings from you guys again.

My daughter's dad passed away almost 20 years ago and they have no pictures of just the two of them so I ordered one. The process was smooth and even rejected the final painting because I didn't like it so I contacted customer service and they made recommendations for the type of painting and even sent me a link to look at the oil paintings from different artists and pick the one I liked and my painting was completely redone and it only took an extra week and it still showed up before it was supposed to! The outcome was absolutely beautiful and my daughter loved it! Great experience!
They absolutely loved it, their dad/grandfather/ wife passed away recently and the portrait with all four of them was amazing. They actually didn't have a picture of themselves with dad. This portrait allowed them to all be together forever

My father in law passed before he could meet our son and for Father's Day I wanted my husband to see a picture of two of them together so I ended up finding Paint Your Life. I was skeptical because of all the scams out there but went for it and I am SO impressed. I sent them two photos then they edited it digitally and waited for my approval then got started on the painting right away. After it was done they gave me another chance to view it and make any changes. Once I approved it they started the next steps right away. The painting is so beautiful and brought my husband to tears. The talent these people have is amazing… the painting looks identical to the photos I sent (I suggest choosing the oil canvas).

I am so pleased with my portrait. I searched high & low for a company that can created a real life portrait out of two separate photos. It's the greatest gift I think I can ever give my fiancé on our wedding day. The portrait is absolutely amazing and I can't wait to reveal it to him in November.

I uploaded my photos and within a day I got some pictures to comment on and lots of previews. It's very expensive for what it is but it turned out beautiful. My MIL's father passed away & I had him painted next to her with angel wings. I'm giving it to her as a Christmas gift

From the beginning the experience was terrific. The artist did a superb job. We lost our Rottweiler to cancer way to soon. He was the soul of our home. We can almost touch him again with the detail and care went into the painting. We will be getting another picture done soon.

I got the painting for my boyfriend and of him our daughter and his son that had passed a few years prior and he was just blown away by how real it looked and probably stared at it for hours.
