What can I say about Partselect that's good... nothing! If I could give them a negative score I would.
I ordered a part for my Kitchen Aid oven on April 16th 2021 the customer service representative mentioned they would receive the part in 7-10 business days then another 3-5 business days to ship it. I called back a month later to find out the part was on backorder (the representative did not mention this at the time I ordered and only see it after I logged on so I assumed the reason for 7-10 business days was because it was back ordered) she wanted the sale and didn't give me the opportunity to source it elsewhere with a faster delivery date. So, for the past month, they keep changing the ETA for the part and I still don't have it and I cannot use my oven! I called in today (June 8th) and cancelled my order as my ETA has changed again to June 11th (for the 4th time). I understand Covid 19 had impacted lead times and prolonged delivery dates but this is unacceptable, it's been about 2 months when I was told 2-3 weeks. I can't do anything but laugh what a joke of a company!

I ordered a part for my washer using the model number. Their online system suggested the wrong part and it did not fit. They will not offer a full refund even though the mistake was on them. Do not trust the parts list on their site. Good chance you will get the incorrect part and out the cost of the purchase. Look elsewhere for a reputable parts supplier. Partsselect.ca. Is not reputable.
