There is basically no customer service from Paula's Choice. So disappointing waiting weeks for your order, and when contacting customer service, there is no response. I have been a customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars, unreal!
I originally found Paula's Choice on forums for KP, and they're great! Most of the products I've gotten for them have been super effective and great for sensitive skin, and for the few that I got that weren't, they gave me a full refund, plus a consultation with a skin care expert to figure out what I should purchase instead. Super great experience overall!
So I initially thought this was a great company and had bought several of the travel size items and sets. The first time I look to buy full sized, full priced items, they embarrass themselves. It's been 2 weeks waiting for my order so far and the customer service agents don't seem concerned, which makes me think they are all aware of an internal issue. The 2nd agent didn't even apologise until I asked for it. What have they done to their staff?!? Is it the changes implemented by Unilever? Is my product, whenever it arrives going to be OK? The same quality? Has 2 weeks of transit made any difference to its efficacy?
I'm sad but not too troubled as although I won't be using this company anymore, I know several outlets that sell these products. Even ebay has their stuff. I never have to use their company again and don't recommend anyone else does either. What's the point when you can buy from loads of other places, sometimes cheaper and with better customer services and delivery times.

I purchased a jacket 11/14/21 and I have still not received it. The only response I have received was an email stating my item has been shipped. I got this email 3 times and still no jacket. Each time the tracking number included in these emails is not registered with the USPS. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. BUYERS BEWARE

The site is a bonanza of scientifically based beauty advice and reviews of almost every beauty product made. I first found through reading her book that I had rosacea and not eczema, thus all the waste. My skin had open, bleeding, painful sores that spread. Nice, huh?
I just followed her advice and had clear skin for the first time I could remember! Then I thought, if her advice is so good, why not try her products? Wow! I live in Canada and I received my delivery in 3 days. The postage was pennies, they don't make money off shipping like other sites and the products are so amazing and inexpensive. Her return policy is impeccable and they respond immediately to your? S, live if you like and go out of their way to help you. I have recommended her to all my friends. You can use this company with complete confidence. I will be a customer for life. Just see what real miracles look like!
My only con is that, occasionally, I disagree with the reviews. I find scrolling down and reading customer reviews more helpful in deciding which product to pick.
I adore my body. That is why I decided to buy some cosmetics from this brand. I bought some hair care complex and body lotion. I really like how it smells and works well. My recommendation!
I could only get AHA/BHA lotion from this website. They don't sell it at Sephora or Shoppers. The delivery was very fast and I am a happy camper ever since.
