For many years, I needed cards on the fly. Either be Karma koins for my favorite mmorpg maplestory or even playstation gift cards to buy the latest games. To be honest, I'll never stop buying!
It's been 10 hours since I submitted my order and the product doesn't show in my panel. I tried to contact the support team and they're not responsive, they don't answer questions in a straightforward manner and usually they respond with not a useful answer. Until now I sent more than 20 email with 4 complaints tickets and no one can answer my question yet. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU OR GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR. The only reason I'm not saying they're a scam is I'm a returning customer. But this kind of issues must be resolved immediately. They have so many indirect answers and never answer questions really and they will tell you some "department" will get to you soon but expect to wait days until the "department" get to you. Awful experience with no one that seems to care really about the customer. Don't expect your money back right away and don't expect to get the product you ordered also. Just ridiculous, awful, unprofessional and unacceptable service.

I tried to purchase a gift card from here, I made an account, I put in my credit card info for payment, Then AFTER I pressed purchase it told me I need to verify my phone number before getting access. I put in my phone number but didn't receive anything so I was unable to verify it. Received an email that said my purchase was cancelled but the money was still taken from my credit card despite the fact that it was cancelled. I tried making 4 different tickets to report this but I have neither received a single word from them or even a single email to notify that my ticket has actually gone through.
Edit as a response to the PC Game Supply Rep:? First of all I'm literally showing a receipt that the money was taken from my account, and I still haven't gotten a refund btw secondly I mention how I contacted your customer support MANY times with no responses. Idk what planet you live on, but here if someone takes your money, not deliver on what they were supposed to deliver, then not respond to any of your attempts of messaging them, we consider that a very clear scam.
I have no other word to describe my experience with PC Game Supply than "outstanding". I am very satisfied with their ability to handle every transaction. Thanks PC Game Supply!

The site does not look very well made, but they do deliver the goods they advertise. I bought gamecards there a few times before I ran into (serious!) trouble. There are two problems:
1) from the site its not clear you will get a digital copy of a gamecard, but thats only a problem if you want to give someone a physical gift I guess.
2) the site is buggy. My last order the site told me my creditcard was rejected and that I should try again later. When I tried again ten minutes later it was rejected again, so I thought Ill call my bank tomorrow. When I called my bank they told me that pc game supply charged my creditcard twice already! So pc game supply told me they could not charge me but in reality they charged me twice. I also received the gamecard twice, but I only tried to buy one of course. They would not take back the second card and refund me, they blamed me for their site not working. Very unprofessional and screwed me out of another 50$. Bunch of liars and cheaters, dont bring your money to them.
