I was ordering a card for my cousin over seas and they called to check I was ordering the correct item just to be safe.

The service they provide is really fast and reliable, I have bought several gift cards and they work perfectly.
I purchased 3 game cards as a gift for my daughter in BC. (I live in California.) I used Paypal as the source of the funds, and Paypal sent a notification that they had received the order and had put a hold on the funds. A week later, I discover the order was cancelled. While it is annoying enough that my order was cancelled, my main beef with these guys is that I was not notified it was cancelled. A week after the I placed the order, I followed up just to check on the status. That is when I found out the order was cancelled. No courtesy notification, no email of any kind indicating it was cancelled. Just the sound of crickets...
Customer support was not useful in helping me try to sort out the issue. They simply said the system is automated and they don't know why the order was cancelled. I tried a second order, just in case it was a technical glitch the first time. Nope. Exactly the same outcome. A note from Paypal saying the funds have been held, then nothing...
There are really 2 problems here:
1) They have a terrible order fulfillment system. (I have ordered from China, Europe, the US, Canada and other places with Paypal. Never any issues. Their software appears to be sub-par), and
2) It would be nice to get notified, given the poor system, when the transaction has failed.
I have seen several other reports of people having exactly the same experience (particularly on the BBB website), so my experience is far from unique. I am not sure what percentage of people are rejected. But my advice: find another source. If you can't find another source, don't expect too much if you are one of the many who are rejected by their order-fulfillment system.
The one positive is that the Paypal transaction appears to be aborted, so I haven't lost any money on this. However, I have paid in time lost and frustration. Buyer beware.

Always receive my cards on time and speedy! Whenever I need a card I just purchase one and I get it immediately.

They cancel my order for no reason and take my payment. They claim they are refunding me but they have not done so
