I don't like One Drive and it was not easy to remove this drive.
I like the Ultrabook and information/help provided by Joe.

Screen cracked upon arrival. See email sent previously and picture attached.

The laptop is very nice, much better than expected. Very few scratches, everthing works as expected. Good job!

Chord did not plug into screen properly. Loose connection. Had use old chord.

It was pretty easy. The customer service was very helpful and quick. The quotes came over very quickly and clear.

Received the order on time and complete. Only one device had to be returned, but even that was simple to achieve.

I received the okidata printer, but was very dissapointed that my new Gateway would not work with the printer. I called Joe and he said he agreed that they would not pair up. Joe also told me he was sending a return label. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RETURN LABEL, ON THE NET OR MAIL. I would be pleased to return the Okidata. Printer. I just need some guidence.

The equipment I ordered came in just the way it was ordered and everything looked great. Delivery was fast and it was all packaged quite securely.

The first Monitor didn't work so they immediately sent another one, this one works great. Satisfied with the experience with the Company.

We ordered two monitors come to find out only one was in stock. They credited need the one item not in stock and substituted another monitor charged me for it, and we have yet to receive it. This is my second email explaining this.

I ordered six monitors and all six came out clean. One was slightly worn, but you wouldn't notice without looking very carefully.

Probably the best money I've spent in the last 5 years. I honestly feel like I got more than my monies worth on this one.

I received two products designated as being for the same phone. The desi is the right product but I never received the plastic overlay and instead got a different desi that appears to be for a different phone

I prefer laptops that are refurbished as they have newer features and with software needing upgrades constantly this is a perfect solution. I love the return policy and the customer service is excellent. I will always buy from this company!

Half my order was right, half was wrong. Now I'm filling out review in order to get it fixed.

You sent me the wrong thing you said free postage on return i had to pay postage i will never buy from yous again and i will post negative post if i dont get my money back i checked the bottom box just to submit i do not agree with your policies
