I don't like One Drive and it was not easy to remove this drive.
I like the Ultrabook and information/help provided by Joe.

Chord did not plug into screen properly. Loose connection. Had use old chord.

I received the okidata printer, but was very dissapointed that my new Gateway would not work with the printer. I called Joe and he said he agreed that they would not pair up. Joe also told me he was sending a return label. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RETURN LABEL, ON THE NET OR MAIL. I would be pleased to return the Okidata. Printer. I just need some guidence.

The equipment I ordered came in just the way it was ordered and everything looked great. Delivery was fast and it was all packaged quite securely.

The first Monitor didn't work so they immediately sent another one, this one works great. Satisfied with the experience with the Company.

We ordered two monitors come to find out only one was in stock. They credited need the one item not in stock and substituted another monitor charged me for it, and we have yet to receive it. This is my second email explaining this.

I ordered six monitors and all six came out clean. One was slightly worn, but you wouldn't notice without looking very carefully.
