I was contacted by their representative, I was listened to and what I said was acted on, and they saw fit to compensate me as well.

Ordered a UPS device for my home computer. The battery came first, which confused me. I called Cust Svc and he talked me off the ledge. When I main part arrived, it took me a bit to figure out how to install the battery, but I got 'er done without too much difficulty.

My Grand-daughter needed a reasonably priced computer to do her remote schooling. I tried PCLiquidations. Though it took some time to find one that tested fine, and one in stock, it was delivered to her with WiFi capabilities, speaker and microphone, and a camera so she can communicate with her teacher. This is working well, and I saved hundreds from the price of a computer off the shelf.

I wanted a very specific phone - we'd had 2 and they both recently went bad. If you'd like them to refurbish, please let me know asap and they're yours! I've always like this phone and as you know, it isn't a spring chicken!

I had the pleasant experience of interacting with Warren Cooke when the original monitor I ordered was the last one in stock and failed the quality tests and deemed unfit for sale. He immediately gave me a suggestion for substitution. After confirmation, he immediately sent the updated invoice and we were all squared away. Thank you Warren!

We sent an email to inquire about an issue found when opening the item we purchased. The content of the item came with a different model guide/instructions and this initially caused confusion. We were able to confirm it was the item that we ordered after our Engineer tested.

*We never heard from anyone on this issue which makes us pause to order again.

PCLiquidations was very quick to ship out my UPS. When I found out that it didn't come with a battery, they were very agreeable and even refunded my purchase for my inconvenience. Thank you for the great customer service.

They were prompt and very precise on my questions. Far by the greatest customer service will be shopping here from NOW ON! Indeed but I got the wrong cords took me days and days to get the correct cord!

Plastic monitor stand arrived broken. I notified PC Liquidators, but expected nothing, given the incredibly low price. (Shipping cost almost as much as monitor.)
PC Liquidators sent a replacement monitor immediately, not waiting for return of broken one, and arranged return of broken one at their expense...all without my asking them to!
I'm highly impressed!

I purchased a refurbished phone headset and was pleased with the price. When the package arrived it the package caused damage to the soft leather part of the ear buds. However, Tiffany saw my comment and immediately called to make it right! Thanks Tiffany...very impressed with customer service and would highly recommend purchasing from them.

I needed side cars for my phones (650) and was able to find them on your site, clicked on the number needed, put in the payment info, and confirmed the compatibility with one of your online people. The order came three (3) days later. All 6 in working condition and up and running. Great experience.

Even though they ran out of what I ordered, instead of a "sorry, here's your money back", they offered an upgrade for the same price! And the computer runs better than other computers I've purchased factory fresh, at a quarter of the price. Thank you PCLiquidations!

Good Customer service. PCI Liquidation rep contacted me when they didn't have enough of the product I order. I think that is awesome. Instead of just shipping out what they had, they called and ask how I would like to proceed with the order. Great job! Will continue to order from them...

Good morning, we have received the GoCo phones, thank you for the fast service.
We will be setting them up next week for our move.

I put over $500 of items in my cart initially and started to check out. Despite the promo for free shipping it still showed a shipping charge. I decided to hold off on the extra items since I was paying so much for shipping. I ended up buying fewer phones on your site.

A customer service representative called and took care of the shipping issue. Very good service overall.

The monitor was as described; however, the stand was not. It came very loose and we had to super glue it in place. Now, it's great. Would've liked to know about the stand ahead of time though - also, shipping price was terrible and I was disappointed in the way it was packaged - thank goodness nothing broke in transit, although that could've been the reason for the loose stand - y'all need to package this equipment better.

Very well laid out site. Great filters. Great customer service. Your packaging process needs work. The tight shrink wrap causes damage to the screen. One phone was damaged in transit. We called your customer service line and we were offered a replacement.

I was beginning to wonder as I was contacted three times as the first three laptops didn't pass the test before shipping. They gave me an upgrade on my order each time and I am very pleased with the service and final product. The customer service reps were great. Definitely will recommend this company.
