My one complaint is that on several occasions I have chosen an item that is displayed as in stock and with a condition grade on the website, only to get an email later that the item didn't pass QC! I think QC should happen before those item's are put up on the website. Very frustrating when that happens, and it's been, as I said, several times now.
All was good so far with the order except we were missing a cable. It is hopefully on its way to me.
$2.99 is a little high for these sheets
