This service is DECIEVING. Small pricing hides the real details. I got tricked by the FREE words and the low cost big text. Luckily I reviewed my credit card statement and found the abusive charges.

This company is crazy. They hide charges in tiny print at the bottom of the plan box with a $1.95 14-day trial plan at the top of their "most popular plan", plan box. I was willing to pay the $1.95 for the 14-day trial to convert 1 document and canceled my plan the same day so I wouldn't forget to cancel within that 14-day trial and be charged some crazy amount for something I never use. I double-checked that it had been canceled(it had been), and there were several plans offered. The "Most Popular Plan" was only $7000/month! I had to look at it twice to make sure I was seeing that correctly. I was. Then Paypal emailed me to let me know I had made a purchase. I was charged $1.95 and then $39.95 for the subscription. I contacted Customer Service at PDFSIMPLI to have the charge reversed; and they are now refusing to refund the extra $39.95 charge they charge in addition to that $1.95, stating they are clear that I would be charged $39.95 for a month after my 14-day trial. I don't call tiny print at the bottom of the page, clearly stated charges.
Nice platform and great pricing! So far I always end up at this one because it always works correctly.
I am happy to pay for the service but when seeking this product the header did indicate it would be free. Just to let you know

Advertising as free and then proceed to ask for payment. Worst business tactic ever and wasted my time.
People spend a lot of time in a document just for when they try and download it, they must PAY with no warning before hand. It is sad that this app has to do this to make money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Do not try to use this app. DONT pay the money. Total ripoff. For the monthly charge can get better free apps.
They will charge your credit card after you signed out of their site.
