My recent Pennsylvania American water bills have been indicating. I owe them and have been passed due for services regarding in home. Repair coverage for plumbing needs. However, I canceled this month's ago. Yet they still keep charging me and keep saying. I am overdo which is causing credit problems showing that I am paying bills late. This is not the case in fact, they have a separate entity doing their repairs. So I had to call them. They said they canceled me out. And I have a $9.13 credit. However, American water is not showing this on my bill and keep charging me almost $15 a month for the insurance. Despite bringing this to their attention 3 months in a row. They still don't get it right, they still indicate. I am passed due for the $14 and change for the insurance for my pipes. When will they get it right? When will they stop sending me past Duo notices for something I do not owe them.
