I bought a suit for my son, they sent the wrong jacket size. The $149+tax jacket came stuffed in a plastic bag. I returned the jacket, they only refunded me $96.66. I have emailed them several times and nobody has fixed this. The pants came two days later, so I initiated the return for them, since it's a suit, I need both the jacket and pants to fit right, and they're charging a $6 fee to return their mistake! It's the second year in a row that they send the wrong size. This time the rep said the size you want is out of stock so they sent what was available! Seriously! And they still owe me money for the jacket! Nobody is helping me with this. Never ordering online again.
