Within seconds of registering interest I received a sales phonecall that put me off with the sales pitch. I stated I want to withdraw and emailed the company stating this. I answered two more phonecalls that were again very forceful sales people.
I am still receiving multiple phonecalls every day.
I never got as far as using it so can't say whether it works once you're on it but I will not be using them and would advise any friends/family to avoid avoid avoid.

Do not provide your information to this company under any circumstances!

I provided my contact details as initially i was interested after suspecting its a scam i decided against it. Since i have been hounded hourly by foreign mobile numbers and that constantly ring and hang up. When you block a number a new one simply takes its place.

I would warn anyone do not contact this company!

Steer clear of these blood sucking parasites. Do not believe anything they tell you they are all lies not one ounce of truth comes from their mouths. Eric if that's his real name is so convincing but a waste of human flesh. I reported my case to hukler siege and i got a refund.

Pheno FX cannot be trusted, they are scammers. If you check their website you'll notice that there is no address even though they claim they are based in Switzerland, the contact number provided is not in service, as a customer they'll contact you using a WhatsApp number which they only answer when they feel like it. Once they are done taking your money, they'll stop responding to your e-mails and phone calls. These people are scammers, please please do not trust them. I wonder if the Swiss police knows about these people

Don't do it... Just don't. They will take your money and show you this fancy platform. Then they get you to load your IDs and personal information if you want it back. They say it's for confirming your Identity but it's really to steal your identity. Once they have you buy into it they will continue to try and get you to pay more into it for "Better service" and then they encourage and request that you add all your personal information to the site in order to withdraw and then they disappear when you just want out. Do not trust and do not believe them... very pushy and convincing salespeople who sound extremely legit. I have to admit, they are good at what they do and what they do is Scam people very well.

If i could give them 0star i would. First of all their staff and accounting managers call everyday for months! They provide good support when it comes to deposit but issues when its time for withdrawal. After weeks of declining my request, I came back one day to see that they emptied the whole account with no explanation. It was a terrible experience and i had to reach out to cryptiide001 outlook com a specialist introduced to me by my mom, luckily for me my case was brilliantly handled and i got my total refund in few week of works. I am happy now...

Blatant scam. Parents fell victim today. Started with a fake Elon Musk bitcoin advert, dad signed up, got phone call walked through putting £230 in. I went ahead and deposited 50k. Within seconds of registering interest I received a sales phonecall that put me off with the sales pitch.
