If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. This company is a scam. It was shocking because I have not been scammed before but their website looked so real and they even have a customer support. I ordered a ~$200 gift for my family on 12/3, and made sure to ask the customer support (per website) to deliver by Christmas. No response. I tried calling the number and it was a fake number, so I emailed again and someone responded that it will be taken care of. I thought it was a small business and they were overwhelmed, so I let it go. Christmas came and went, and I emailed them 5 more times without any response. Finally someone else wrote back in January that the order wasn't shipped but now it is shipped and that it will arrive soon - without sharing any shipping information. I went on Trust Pilot and found that my experience was not unique. People have lost hundreds of dollars for a product that did not arrive… this company and its workers and AI-generated responses are a scam. I hope that it is shut down soon so no one else lose their hard earned money.
