Wow, these are dreadful. I've had an email form them telling me i have bonus points. Er. I haven't even signed up! Go away, i will not be joining based upon these reviews. Scammers.
This one might be for you. Be careful of ban happy sites with a "chat" feature or "too good to be true" feel to them. Chances are they will come with a catch and/or not even work in the end. Do not recommend this site due rather questionable business practices and a bizarre point system. Also, they seem to accuse you of things you didn't do and kick you off at the drop of a hat with no warning. Don't waste your time.

I have tried a few of these type of websites apps etc, and found points2shop to be one of the best for earning rewards. The only things stopping me from giving a 5 is that certain rewards are never restocked, I have been waiting over 6 months for the £15 iTunes giftcards to be restocked. When I contacted customer services about it (around 4 months ago) I was told they would look into it and reorder them within a week... It never happened... Also the awful customer service I have received from them time after time sometimes even receiving no response at all :( I am currently waiting for a response to a ticket I sent over 2 months ago that keeps being passed around to different staff members none of which have replied.
When the time for my payment they stop my payment saying why r you watching same video. If watching same video is not allowed why do they did not tell this thing or prevent me to watch by a warning at first place so i won't have to spend time watching favorite videos again and again. However at the time of payment they told this thing and snatched my hard earned gift cards. I hate this site now and will never return. They got their money by my working but did not give me reward.

While it's okay to complete some of the offers multiple times (any offers that allow it), we need to make sure that members aren't always just completing the same offer over and over again. Our terms and conditions do explain the prohibition of completing offers more than once. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend the member’s account, resulting in forfeiture of all earnings for fraudulent behaviour such as completing the same offer multiple times. We are aware many of our users have been experiencing blocks related to inappropriate completion of video’s. We have taken steps to address this issue and have removed some of the walls commonly associated with these blocks.
In cases such as yours our support administrators will offer users a second chance. The money that is deducted from your account is not kept by Point2shop, it is returned to clients as we cannot expect for them to pay for invalid views on their videos. I hope that you will consider returning in the future, if you are still experiencing account issues then our support team will be happy to help you.

Huge scam. Every time you get enough points to redeem they put a hold on your account and you have to submit a 'support ticket' and wait 3-5 days to 'verify your identity'. The moderators were 0 help, told me not to expect anything for free.
Points2shop is a scam site stay away, they blocked my account when I tried to cash out,
Best to go to more reputable sites... these people who run points2shop are scum sucking bottom feeders and will not pay you when you finally can cash out! Not worth the effort

But yea, try to even an opinion as "this site didn't work for me" erasing and censoring and hiding it away.
Then after all fails you get that systematic lifeless message, from what was likely a bott.

Compared to the others who were banned before redooming, I joined them yesterday, installed their app, and so far only get 4 points, then be banned today for no reason!
I even have not done any surveys.
On other hand, maybe I should feel lucky.

Our system and/or admin team blocks users when an infraction of our terms and conditions have been detected. Did you send a support ticket to resolve these issues? The majority of account blocks are resolvable and as long as you have not broken any of our terms and conditions you will be fine. If -stars was an option I'd chose it. Never benefited from any of their promises but did what was required for a while before I realized they were scamming me
I joined this site just to see what it was all about then come to find out it is more of a scam than anything. After 1 week and numerous surveys later my account gets closed because i logged onto it while at school to show some college buddies. Didn't use the school computer but my own laptop this must have been illegal to use my own computer in my own way but anyway. Don't go on this site it is nothing but a scam and if you do go on it use caution as you never know what reason they'll give to stiff you out of you time.
Answer: In my experience their actual response times are much longer than they say. It took them three months to give me an answer that even they said was wrong, but still refused to fix the problem. If you are patient and respectful you may get the problem resolved, but maybe not. They are neither competent nor honest, and they have a BBB rating of F, the lowest possible.

Answer: I actually had a problem with this site they asked for my photo Id and stuff like that. Do not give them anything they are Crooks. I used the site for months getting points and than i go to login and it says Your account is inactive. Unfortunately all these good reviews are paid by points2shop to sound good.
