Awful service

There is no info about the fact that all the parcels are going through Europe, and there is a strict limitation of parcel value of 750 euro.
Also, they seem to not care about their work AT ALL.
The closest image to their work is South Park's cable TV workers.
It seems they enjoy frustrating customers.
