Poliglu

Poliglu is an excellent translator that efficiently converts one language into another. It's user-friendly and performs reliably, whether I'm traveling or conversing with people who speak different languages. It enhances mutual understanding, making communication seamless.

Got my Poliglu translator! I've been traveling internationally for years and continuously had issues communicating. Poliglu has made communicating simple and reduced stress. Small and light so it's easy to pack in a bag and use when needed.

The device doesn't work. It will not connect to any of the apps recommended by customer service. I am not the only one with this problem. Even then, they will make you pay for return shipping. It's a complete waste of money. The only other option is to wait till their $#*!ty IT department gets their $#*! together and fixes the problem. I guarantee that's why you have to pay for return shipping because, for most people, it doesn't work, and they know this. Seems like a scam to me.

When I tried to get the app, which is necessary, I got a message that said the app would NOT work with my newer version of android.

They're response was to says they're working on it and then issue a refund.

Customer service is good. Product, unusable.

I'm not happy with my purchase. I was excited when it finally arrived and could not wait to get it set up. When I went to download the app, I received an error message stating that the app was not available for my phone as it only supports older versions of android. Seriously?

So now I have a $90 block that I can't do anything with.
Support has-been useless to say the least.
Extremely disappointed.

Do not buy this product. If I could have given it zero stars I would have. This is a poor imitation of Google translator, it does not operate independently. It requires you to have your cell phone and cell phone service. It doesn't speak loudly enough to be heard and it sounds like a metal box. It does not have a friendly tone that would be amenable to having conversation. Google translator works much better. Further after discovering the poor quality of the product in order to return it, you have to pay for shipping back to Lithuania even though the product was shipped from the US. Then today I got the product returned to me so after having paid the extra money to ship it, they rejected my return, even though I followed the return instructions. Horrible, horrible poor service.

Translator has always been a must for me. Traveling to a new country can be overwhelming whether it is for business or leisure. The Poliglu translator is exactly what I want because the translation result is very accurate. Truly recommendable!

I'm glad I bought this device. Poliglu served its purpose very well. I use it to communicate with Spanish speaking clients, it works perfectly. Takes a little time to get used to. Clients were very happy and I was able to understand their needs. Thank you.

I got an idea about getting myself a Poliglu device because of my officemate who has it with him often times when we have business trips. He doesn't have the feeling of fear towards language differences bec of this tool. Well I got one for myself too. Thankful for this very helpful tool.

I had purchased the Poliglu translator, hoping it would be convenient, easy to use, and accurate. Well I found it to be so useful, in Venice and some of the other cities I traveled. Small enough to fit in your pocket. Everything I was hoping for Poliglu came through. Big thanks.
