Popeye

On 5/27/24 at approximately 11:30am I went to the location at 301 in Bradenton Florida and ordered 2 containers of honey bbq wings with a Latino order taker. When I was given the order when I paid, I opened the container and it had all yellow sauce on top of the chicken. I asked the cashier what was this and he said it was lemon chicken which is what I ordered. I told him I never said the words lemon chicken and on top of the container there was a label that says honey bbq! I called over the Latino order taker and he said he was sorry and did not notice the honey label on top of the container. So they had to do my order all over again with what I originally ordered. Also at the same time another customer was arguing that he wanted chicken breasts. But was given something else instead. If I did not look at what was in my container I would have not known I was given the wring order until I got home and I would have been VERY IRATE! I guess the staff needs to be trained better in customer service and make sure they are giving the customers the correct orders that they asked for!
