Help yourself have a better life experience and stay away from the Popeyes location at 4232 W Central Ave, Wichita, Ks.Thier service is terrible to say the least.
Specifically, on 02/13/2025 at 11:04am, I ordered online 2 chicken sandwiches, 4 piece boneless kids meal. It was supposed to be ready for pickup at 11:12AM. I arrived at 11:13AM, went into the store, and told them who I was and why I was there. Please note that there was another customer at the counter who they waited on before even BEGINING to pick my order. This other customer completed their transaction and left. I'm still waiting for them to finish picking my order. So much for the order to be ready by 11:12AM. Then they told me that they don't have bottled water, only cups. My kids meal, ordering off POPEYES ONLINE MENU clearly states BOTTLED WATER. I'm not going to give my child a cup of water that can so easily be spilled. I suggested to then to skip the water and add s chicken strip or two. I was told 'they don't do that.' I am sooo frustrated by this point (about 11:29AM) I told them to forget the whole uncompleted, unpicked order and left. I came home and immediately placed an online complaint with Popeyes. The ONLY response I have received from them so far is a questionnaire asking if 'Jessica P' was helpful with my complaint. What the heck? I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING from Popeyes regarding my issue and I don't know who the heck is 'Jessica P'. That pretty much sums up why I am here today. One more thing - I have NOT received a refund to my CC yet either. Today is 10 days after this event.
