Customer service is very poor. Tried to get in touch with them a few time with no success. There is no feature to chose the people who contact you from your area or your age bracket. I get contacts from people all over the US, and very little from my area, and even though I specified age preference, people who contact me are either way older or younger than me. It's very crappy and outdated site. Don't waste your money.

If you must, use this site for the search feature only! Do not blog in this site. There is at least three factions in the blog that will bully you senseless. Most factions feud with each other and get user blogs and accounts removed for sport. PS support staff tends to favor the groups (gangs) because of the sheer numbers of report they generate to get users removed. PS support will not investigate fairly as they tend to bow out to the herd. Avoid the blogs and save yourself the anger and frustration. Just use the traditional search features to find and reply to matches.

I've had an account on this site for years (probably 10 or more?) that I didn't interact with much. A subscription seemed pretty pricey and a lot of time on the site I wasn't even living in the US. I had noticed a couple notifications that I had traffic on my profile so I tried to sign in only to to find myself suspended. I have not even contacted anyone on this site in years, and hadn't been on the site weeks if not months. Funny that one day they are trying to lure me to the site with activity and the literally next day I'm suspended. I contacted them and they want a picture of photo ID with only my license number blacked out. I emailed back asking for a reason for the suspension as I didn't want to provide my ID without knowing there was a chance I could be unsuspended. I do use a VPN and sometimes it connects to some random wacky countries, so if it was as simple as you signed on from another country I don't see why they can't tell me that and we can resolve an issue like that.
But they emailed back stating they can't tell me why and assuring me my data will stay confidential. To which I said no thanks, you can't actually guarantee that, you could have a bad apple employee or be victim of a hack. That is not really a site I want my association with leaked.
So one star - in part because of the above, and in part because this site has always felt like a bit of a cash grab trying to exploit the situation the members find themselves in.

Been on Positive Singles site for 10 years. The site is riddled with FAKE profiles of women who look good but are not real, they ask for money, seek private information, and are just scammers. There is a fake profile reporting tool on the site but the site Admins cannot keep up with the fake reporting, and new profiles that are fake as they do not screen them. It's a giant mess.

This site is a need, but I so wish it were not. I agree with all the other comments about the site in terms of the use and look of both the website and app. The website is clunky to be honest the filters is not the best. The app is not much better, as it lags quite a bit and there is no real frills with it. In terms of membership and responsiveness, I agree with other's have said. The site is an effort in frustration that must be undertaken. I do not live in a small city by any means and still responsiveness is minimal at best or at least in my experience it is, and I really do not think I am that bad looking of a guy. This site again is needed as there is not a lot from an alternative perspective that I know of, but I would rather do without it as it really makes a stressful situation much worst.

Don't believe the statement that this is a Silicon Valley company. This is a lie. This company is wholly based in China. All employees are in China and the owner is a China national. All profile and personal info of all members is in the hands of the Chinese. I would not be surprised if the Chinese Government is not getting profile information as well.
