I LOVE Prep Sportwear. I tried to purchase sportswear from my son's college sports team. The selection was very limited. I found Prep Sportwear online. Great clothing options, apparel, sizes and designs. I support my son at all his games wearing Prep Sportswear and all the other parents ask where I get it! I always share your website! Great experience. I was able to customize a few items that I was unable to find anywhere else. (This was an overall great experience, but I would appreciate the option to purchase larger sizes than 3x or 4x in the future if needed).

Embroidery is really good. Shirt placement on women's item wasn't done right so was replaced, still not wearable. Buying another article (big sweatshirt) to see if better. Good customer service experience.

Seniors (I am one!) are reminded to go slowly and read carefully. There are many options but I was able to find an excellent product at a great price with a minimum of effort. Just be persistent and patient and you will be fine. The feedback during and after is a wonderful feature. Thanks, and looking forward to sporting the college colors at her first game this spring!

Great experience in my first order. I wish I would have selected the unstructured low profile hats the first time to save me this extra money spent. But the order was very quick to arrive and look forward to showing them off at the ball parks.

The sizes run small…really small on two of the three products I got.
Also, it is difficult to constant this company to ask simple questions…you must have an "order": number…well, how about when I don't have one? I finally got through, but I didn't even know I did…terrible interface for contact.

Love the ability to personalize your products. I have grandkids in sports and it is awesome to support them and show my spirit in personalized gear. Plus, these have been fantastic gifts for our family! I appreciate the prompt turnaround

I ordered on 1/15/25, paid $9.99 for shipping because I needed the item for my daughter's school spirit week on 1/21/25. The order didn't arrive until 1/24/25. I ended up buying a more expensive school hoodie locally.

When I inquired about returning the items, this was Ashley's canned response:

"Per our policy we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that were completed to order, shipped and delivered. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or concerns. Have a great rest of your day." (I really hate the 'have a great rest of your day' patronizing...).

Bottom line? Shipping takes a long time and customer service is less than friendly/accommodating. Order somewhere else.

I was very excited to get my order. I ordered a football shirt for part of his Christmas gift. I was e en able to put his number on it. I had to look it up in our high school yearbook. Which was a Tasker as I had to locate them. This year we are going to our 50 class reunion and this will be a hit.
