Have used PrintRunner the last couple of years. Consistant quality products at a reasonable price.

They deleted this review from their site twice...

I ordered clings with a white background. I didn't read the huge amount of reading on this product page or click on the tab that says "Specs". Turns out white backing is an outside window cling but you can't find that information unless you read the entire product page and click on a tab. In fact all product images show the clings inside... I had no reason to believe there was even another option. I reached out to support and they will only cover 50% of a reorder... but soon after that offer was made to me, the support agent admitted this is a problem they know they have and they don't fix it.

But they arrived as an outside cling. There is nothing on the product selections or images that indicated it would be outside... in fact, all of the pictures clearly show it inside

I am hoping to get them reprinted correctly. And I think you need to inform someone of this product page. Its incredibly misleading.

Who reads a novel on a product page? I would expect this information to be CLEAR. Not have to hunt for it. I will not ever use print runner again if these are not reprinted for free.

That was a jumble of sentences. But I shouldn't have to look so hard for this information. It's a joke.
