An incompetent UPS driver lost my package, and I contacted UPS about it. I then called pyramid air about the problem also and they said they would they would call me back, no response. Ups then settled the claim and told me to call the company, which I did and the same line we will call you back, again no response its been 2 weeks and not a word. Customer service sucks and not very friendly.
