I had a great shopping expierence but I still wish you had a dash mat to fit my truck. I can't believe there is not one somewhere in the USA. Other than that I think I found what I needed.

I wasn't even worried about your return policy , but by your standard of excellence I guess I don't need to! I need this for a adjustable frame hope it is just right. your a good man!

$35 antenna $35 shipping. OK. Not Ok 34$ brokerage. I hit the Canadian button on the site it should automatically added brokerage fee. UPS. Scammers. Couldn't see paying $134. For a $35. Antenna.

Overall experience has been good. However on this particular order, was told two weeks shipping time then became four weeks then was extended out to six weeks. At that point order was canceled.

They took their time to confirm multiple time the delivery hour so that it will be received on time. They were quick in delivery and very satiafied with their service.

I have been using Raneys for a few years now and like the service. The affirm service is the best for someone with a small company like me to be able to pay for big purchases over time.

Great tire chain hooks to install on trailer rails was easy! I would recommend to anyone that needs them!

Found what I needed for my truck. Order placed and shipped on time. 1 order was on back order but got email on situation and update on order shipment. Overall all was very good. Thank you raneys

I couldn't add large items to my cart through the affirm app. It has a glitch. I went online and signed in and was able to add them then go back to the app to check out.

Only complaint is I couldn't fine a date for when my package should arrive before I place my order .i like to know how long something will take before I order it

Had the seat in stock. Couldn't find it anywhere else. Had a good price. Delivery was slow but the order was shipped quick. Not Raney's fault it was the freight company

Shopping was easy ordering was easy delivery was quick. Customer service was friendly when I called back in with a problem with the t660 main mirror and got it sent out no problems

Well I had to pay $75 more after I placed the order for it to be shipped to my house because of it being a residential address and when it got here I got a call from UPS saying I needed to pay $75 again if I wanted it to be shipped to my house so I had to go and pick it up myself. And now I don't know what your guys' $75 fee was for if it wasn't shipped to my house.

I get frustrated when I have to sign in and then have to set up a new acct because of the password. I like to order from you but there needs to be a better way to sign in

I found it very easy to search and find what I was looking for. I will deffinatly come back to your site as well as inform friends the tare also looking to install CB radios in there pickups.

Had to double check on my view window chrome trim had to wait two weeks they didn't get there order had to resend it now I have to wait another two weeks.... A month for a little trim...:-)

Was the right picture of the lug nut covers I was looking for. Was the wrong lug nut covers when they arrived. I've been busy so calling about this keeps gett pushed back.

Put my order in and it told me a estimated delivery date but never showed up on that date I put a order in with Iowa 80 the day after the order with Raneys and my Iowa 80 order showed up like a week earlier than raneys plus Iowa 80 sent a free catalog and shirt raneys sent nothing and took a lot longer to get my order

I love shopping with Raneys great service and great people, my husband is always happy with your merchandise, my go to place for Christmas shopping .

Exactly as described. I was able to replace the broken part on the box truck with ease.

Online, typical online transaction. I did however visit the store in Ocala but this item wasn't available. I like to visit brick & mortar stores. Online as a last resort.
